We'll never know because it was 0.99% of the company shares sold. 1% would mean they have to publish their ownership. There are too many unknowns not adequately answered by that RNS, the company must agree hence why they are investigating it.

The stop losses is a separate issue, it's awful for anyone stopped out that had to get back in higher.

I'm not interested in nor need apologies.

People should look at their documents and all available information and then make up their owns minds. There is no way they have spent 40% of their cash reserves on one stock so that last RNS creates more questions than it answers. That's all I am saying.

I might be a cynical old twonk, but I'm like that because I have seen stunts pulled on AIM before. That sell changes the risk/reward ratio for me until it is cleared up properly.

Secondly, the about us page tells you they were formed in what year?

Thirdly, do they advertise any funds on the site? Or are they a broker, specialising in transfers?

Finally, have a look at the Disclosures link and read the documents.

Not one thing I have said is a lie but suddenly people are referring to them as an old trusted II or a respected investment fund.

Another one is that he knows the bids are too low, a sale is unlikely and he's now got 0.99% of the company off the radar so he can drip them into the market and pocket £x million before the sale falls through, to make up for the years he has worked without a salary.

Totally hypothetical, of course, nothing like this ever happens on AIM.

I'm not deramping, that last RNS didn't feel right to me. It's an avenue that needs exploring, in my opinion.

Veles is 25 years old, has $17m in cash and is based in a rented office in Cyprus. They are also not an investment fund.

That remains a real outcome, no matter how small you think the chances of it happening are.

$20 billion, that is a bad month! The hedges have no option but to keep doubling down as long as they can.

Without that I won't risk my money in here, there are safer investments. I've never once told anybody to buy or sell or posted anything that isn't accurate. I still hold EUA in my SIPP but I can afford to wait many years for those, if the deal doesn't happen.

Guys, Gamestop was shorted by a staggering 140%. EUA has 0.6% shares on loan.

A short squeeze on any AIM stock simply isn't possible. In fact, it just won't work in the UK at all. Maybe CINE is the only possible candidate and even then it would be hard as heck to do.

I couldn't find the 138k in an RNS. He could have bought them, but why? He already had millions of them.

Best case scenario is he is just skint and quickly needed £8m. Not sure how that could possibly happen. Those shares could have been worth £27m+ within x days/weeks. Surely he has other assets?

Worst case, the FSP is falling and he knows this. Transferred the shares to an acquaintance and they can now hit the market and be sold just before the FSP formally fails. He then walks away with a few million to show for his non-paid work.

Either way, it's sheee ite.

I considered this. The problem is that Venus had 27,262,814. He sold 27,400,000.

Where did the extra ones comes from? It was it this point I realised he sold 0.99% of the company and that number seemed a bit too exact to be an accident.

If it was just 27,262,814 sold things would be a lot more interesting, in a good way.

Veles International are a subsidiary of Veles Capital.

From what I saw Veles Capital have about $5m in the bank, Veles International have $17m.

Unless I am really badly interpreting their financial documents (I'm an MD, I know balance sheets) neither is in a position to buy these shares. It's just unthinkable that a bank would be that exposed on one stock.

No ulterior motive. Genuinely, I'm just a long-ish term shareholder and I don't trade, I suck at it.

Selling 0.99% of the shares means they do not need to be named. Veles do not buy and hold shares, they buy shares for clients. They are a broker. We do not know which client now has the shares.

EUA said themselves they are still looking into this. From the RNS "The Company is continuing with these enquiries." They are obviously not happy with it either.

Veles are not an II, they are a broker. They have USD17 million in cash, going by the accounts on their own website. I do not think they bought the shares themselves. They bought for someone else.

As the holding is just under 1%, it's the most shares that could be anonymously taken out of the FSP and then sold direct to the market.

Does that not sound particularly fishy to any of you?

Blackrock are buying for an index tracking fund. They HAD to buy EUA regardless and they have to keep their index tracker balanced.

As to why I am here, I've been here since late 2019. I spent many hours looking into Veles and their board last night and found some interesting stuff. Others may want to take a look too. I like EUA but the sale by Alexei isn't sitting well with me.
