Don't let one clown that can't research things properly put you off.
Anyway, news so we'll all know what is going on.
Personally, I have never had any doubt about relisting at all and I don't know why everyone has been panicking.
PREM can't afford it. There simply isn't enough money left and we can only raise £2m.
I wouldn't take on a contract with PREM as I wouldn't be certain how long I would be getting paid for.
We do need to find out more about KME though, very much so.
He's very legit indeed.
If you take the name from the TR1 and have a look at the history of a company called Metal Tiger (MTR), all will make sense...
Also look at his posting history and posts by that username on here matches several TR1s.

Tallies were . . . a sophisticated and practical record of numbers. They were more convenient to keep and store than parchments, less complex to make, and no easier to forge.
Sounds a bit like blockchain, to me...
Am I right in thinking that a consolidation of say 1000 (rough example) NewCo shares for each existing PREM share and then the creation of an extra $6m worth of NewCo shares at launch be what is planned for fundraising?
Then we have shares in a company that is fully funded for 18 months and is about to bring RHA online and Zulu to DFS, without external contractors.
That would be a pretty attractive proposition.
No worries. It's a complex RNS to get your head around.
All in all, it should be a positive change.
Potentially you'll get a dividend from PREM when the Circum shares are sold and you'll still have a holding in NewCo.
Circum selling could/should make more than what the current SP is.
Only Circum is staying in PREM.
RHA, Zulu and the other projects are going to NewCo. You own those assets via your shares in PREM so you get given shares in NewCo for switching the assets over.
Nobody will know yet how many shares or what value they will be at.
Are these the same company, if so how do we know that? I can't find anything much about either.
Even Afmine's domain name registration details are hidden.
Afmine did certainly work on RHA, they were getting paid in PREM shares.
It's been like that for since since December 2017.

The next news should be that we get 90% of RHA. That would be PREM's until NewCo is launched.
"I anticipate further announcements in the coming days, not least in regard to the RHA Tungsten Mine equity resolution as Premier continues to be in constant contact with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development and, following recent public comments by the Minister of Mines in Zimbabwe, we believe that the current delays are solely procedural in nature."
Announcements (plural) is interesting me, what else is likely to be on the horizon?
