The simple bald fact is that if they thought it in Shareholders interests to disclose they would have disclosed it.
I spoke to DR about Togo in London last year, I got the impression they were close to disclosing the reasons for nogo in togo.
They obviously thought the issues were solvable.
I admire your knowledge but can't believe it is still relevant.
RL must have money to burn otherwise.
