The giving up of the Cobalt licenses should have been part of a trade off.
Basically the effort on Cobalt was money down the drain, a lot of the costs resulted in a Placing.. ie we would have less shares in issue if it wasn't for Kamina.

They didn't provide that statement in the 2020 results.
The logical corollary of providing that same statement in three consecutive annual statements is that Title is not an issue.
