However, I do find a lot of the posts on there ill- informed and some of the criticism gratuitous.
The posts about the Directors making this a lifestyle company and bleeding it dry are particularly ignorant , and the fact that RL has dined out on CAI shares is well wide of the mark.
Those investors need to look at the RNS back in Jan 20 Corporate Update
To get the demerger through RL had to convert all his CAI shares to KRS shares.
So yes he did benefit from the demerger, and he helped get it through- but not by much
So you can question his track record but not his commitment.

Have a look at some of the MC's on the ASZ for similar operations- never easy to compare but I suggest you will pay multipule of the price.
