At $1750 KOR has an IRR of 71%.-Bilboes won't match that as the grade is lower. Even at $1500 it's still 48% ! The NPV is $210 at 10%.- cf market cap of £30m for all three!
Show's a bit of confidence, as I think it's your largest holding. I do find it all difficult to fathom; news of the KOR funding from Coris put 6p on the share price. You can now buy the whole company for 8p, and without trying to state the obvious the nearer we get to production with KOR the less can go wrong. I know Bushey thinks Dugbee is the jewel in the crown but I'd guess most of us would vote for KOR
Didn't Mr Buffet say be fearful when others are being greedy and greedy when others are being fearful. We can all find banal and trite quotes to justify our positions.
Who knows. I'd guess MC et al think it's worth more than it is , a bit like your house, so a TO might be less likely. However, as I see it, if B32old are willing to pay $100 an ounce there is more upside than downside.
As JimBL said the longer Togo takes the less likely it is to happen. Ask yourselves this; how much is Togo worth and consequently how much is it built into the share price. IMO the answers to both of those questions is very little.
I suppose where I am coming from is that it is a continuation of a good story, and that should be enough to lift the price. Shouldn't need much to lift the price IMO And actually MF does deliver, not as quickly as some would like- but can't see what a lot he has done wrong.
I have 160K of these. Wanted to sell a few to average down after the RNS. Won't be selling after this muted reaction. Results deserve a better reaction.
Absolutely Another £10k for me, profits from HUM. Prefer HUM but needed to spread risk. As the podcast asset allocation is usually more important than stock selection. Especially important for people like me who know Jack So makes sense to have different eggs in different baskets
