If Disko is so prospective why has it taken so long to get this far ?

It takes a long time to build a mine agreed but even so ?

There is only so much money they can pump into Disko.

Is there any chance of either cash or shares ( from say a purchasing company) being distributed to Shareholders

Very difficult to judge the quality of the new management and it is highly subjective.

Therefore a more quantifiable question is are the value of the assets higher or lower than the MC?

No ,AMRQ are Greenland based, and done quite well recently helped by the price of AU.

It's because we not in a Close Period, which is usually to do with the dissemination of results.

If you think it through otherwise a Close Period would happen practically every day of the week.

I don't know a tenth of what you do. You are certainly the most knowledgeable poster I have seen.

I do know, however, that in most cases where there are multiple assets the sum of the parts is usually greater than the value of the whole.

Breaking up the company seems good news to me,

You might remember I asked a similar question a few weeks ago when I asked what would be the value in the event of bankruptcy.

I got shouted down and treated like an idiot when all I was trying to do is suggest that in a worst case scenario the price wouldn't be a lot lower.

Isn't the value of Disko and Metal1 already more than the current share price ?

Hard to get your head around when the MC of JAY ( if we exclude £2m for Metal1 ) is £5m.

That's why it seems sensible to sell the assets off; the sum of the parts don't match the whole and never will.

That's where RE went wrong; too ambitious.

The Bid at that time was 0.52, would have got a lot less than the Bid for a 10m sell.

I said he thinks it's priced to go bust. I didn't say he thinks JAY will go bust.

The only problem with that theory is that if they wanted the price lower they would have released Dundas first.

Perhaps you should give RE credit for realising Dundas was a dead duck as soon as he stepped in.

Progress has been slow, well according to RE, because of all the data that has to be collated. it's a slow process.

And can you qualify slow ? KB have until the end of 2024 to complete the required drilling.

Anybody know please why if the BId is 0.972 and the Offer is 1.05 the share price is 1.05 ! ?
