Re Sandgrove it seemed to me that the sale had been absorbed by the price action.

Just seems to me there is a lot of anti RM feeling out there, which may include Sandgrove, I guess because he made a killing out of JAY when everybody else on here is nursing massing losses. That could dissipate quite quickly.

I know you are positive about Disko but a lot of people would say it's the right answer to the wrong question.

The main question is not the prospects at Disko but will K start drilling this year ?

Any mention of a plan B if K don't drill ?. What options do they have in 2023 ?

Will they drill Kanga, as the rigs are already there ? Do they have the money ?

Is it possible that this is just a poorly worded RNS and the contract is different.

The way I read it is that K will need to complete both stages to get 51% but if they don't complete both stages by 2024 year end they will only get 49%.

Nowhere does it say they get 49% just by completing stage 1 only.

Not sure all the Finnish assets are discredited, I guess to are referring to Rio Tinto but that was just one asset.

With Disko you'd think that both Jay and K would want to move things forward ; and if it all boiled down to 2% to put a halt on proceedings it would simply be a matter of rehashing this potty arrangement, ie a new JV

K don't drill. What then ?

OK they'll have 51% of Disko but will have to dilute to move it forward.

Perhaps the other key point is time horizon; if you're looking at a world class deposit that could last 100 years why would you give up control now ( which you may never be able to get back ) for a few million bucks.
