I don't know the rules, but I was an ex IFA, and there is no time limit on claims in that arena- suspect it's the same in this scenario.

Yes you are correct about Rach's claims about a likely 0.38p placing- who wouldever doubt you!

However, can I politely point out that on the 3rd March she said there was a 95% probability of a Placing at 0.22p and a 95% probability of a further Placing at 0.20p

With Kanga they had few options at the time; when they sold the MC was so low any dilution was very damaging.

I am glad you think it's a worthwhile debate to have. I thought so because I believe increased scale wil reduce relative costs and attract new investors.Does the remuneration scheme suggest the BOD want scale ?

It would be strange if this didn't get shareholder approval from Pelican as the SPAC was specially created for this venture, unlike say Ajax resources wheras a SPAC was created with no project in mind.

Re your poiut about Disko being the third channel, providing Crtitical Metals.

Any thoughts about a fourth channel. It just strikes me that 80M is the space of two metals that are on a tear, gold and copper.

OK Thunderstone may ne too greenfield but you can't say that about Hammaslahti.

OK again Disko may be a hundinger but Ham would be quicker and cheaper. Infrastructure is in place for example.

I was struck by the fact that the Tanzanian President got 98% of the vote ie trouble is there to stay in Tanzania and 75% of all African copper exports go through that country plus all recent troubles at a lot of existing copper mines plus not many new mines coming on stream it may well be that copper prices are hear to say

Another point to consider with Hammashlati or even Thule is that the MC of the company has expanded , so the relative costs of expanding other assets has declined.

Hammaslahti rather than Disko isn't as out there as you think ?

Surely, the share price is very sensitive to this transaction.

As IvR has eloquently and repeatedly said it's all about execution risk now.

I think the video exaggerates the risk a tad; that's how they create interest.

BA, good luck. You did say you would sell out when it spiked- so true to your word.

Any opinions on the two last RNS's; always appreciate your views.

Panman, cannot see them developing Disko without a partner.

However prospective Disko is they would be simply be putting too many eggs in that basket without a partner.

Even with cash, indirectly, every penny spent on Disko is a form of dilution- it would prevent share buybacks for example.

The risk is too great to go solo.
