All a bit confusing to me
Perhaps a few of you can enlighten me please; IvR as I've always said you tend to have a good handle on these things so your views especially would be appreciated.
A few questions:
Robert Price; is he the main man now. He's got a finger in the three main pies and his association with RM goes back to the original tender with JL. He lost that tender and looks like he had his eyes on it for a long time.
I know Ashton thinks a merger is on the cards but if RP is so keen to get his hands on 80M's assets why hasn't he tried before. ?He could have picked it up for a song and nobody would/ could have stopped him. This is especially pertinent as 80M is also listed in the US, where RP is based.Just seems a circuitous route ?
RM, did he need to join the board of GE.?JL is just one project, he's got his finger in at least a dozen other pies. What's he up to. ?
A merger with GE, is it on the cards and would it be beneficial to 80M.? I guess we need to see how the listing of GE goes.If it goes well one would think it would become more likely and more beneficial. One would also think they woukd need to offer a sizeable premium if the value of 80M's JL is a lot lower then GE's.
I am completely bamboozled by the last paragraph of the Nov 13th RNS; Lastly, the Company also advises Pelican, March or USFM in future raise additional capital investments by employees shareholders conteactors and directors of 80M may or may not occur should the opportunity arise. What on earth does that mean? Why put it in ?
