Glad to see you are back.Obviously bruised because you categorically stated that there would be no Placing in December. Well you shouldn't be; we all get things wrong and if you post reguarly like you do you are going to be wrong a fair few times. At least you've nailed one of the accusations that you are RM in disguise.
I think it's also worth considering that RM has probably had his eye on Greenswitch for months, even years possibly; news could have landed anytime. I know you are disappointed with the level of Dilutiuon but this deal may have been agreed sometime ago; RM and ES are always, to a certain extent, dealing in the dark as will not know exaactly the future price of the company will be.
Those are quite astounding figures regarding Greenwich. If you don't mind I'll ask what no doubt some of the Bears are thinking. If the figures are so good why has production stopped and how have 80M been able to buy the asset at such a low price; plenty of investors out there with deeper pockets than 80M ?
In terms of strategy what is the horse and what is the cart ?; is this to pay for Disko or does EM/RS think Disko will come good and they are trying to get in to GS / HV while they can. and Disko will come good to pay for it all . After all they've got to find another £6m on top of drilling costs potentially for Disko plus all their other assets. Where do they think the money will come from aside from a material Disko mark up. ?
Plenty of more knowledgeable posters on here than me but I've said that I think RM and ES prefer energy to metals and this the GS/HV transaction seems to back this up. Might a substantial dilution of Disko be on the cards to fund their energy ambitions ?; the CEO of Pulsar Helium said recently that LSE has gained some traction recently as an Industrial Gases hub hence the Listing
