It actually states in the RNS that the Met1 shares are an "avallable to sell " investment, although not entirely sure what it exactly means.

Bearing in mind how much JL cost, less the cash back here, 80M are effectively paying just over £1m per hole.

If the costs are anyehere near those figures it's a good deal.

RM did say in his latest TMS podcast that drilling would be expensive, how right is he! ?

RM owned nearly half of JM before selling out to 80M, surely he's not that stupid to sell it now for a lower price ?

All I've been try to say is that 80M only has limited access to capital and as you say if 2/3 of the main projects move forward great. Disko may not be one of the two and things could still look good.

As an aside GROC have made a play of applying for " Strategic Material Status "

The EU list 17 Critical Metals; Disko holds 4 of them and there surely cannot be a project in Europe that holds as much as these 17 metals as Disko.

80M don't seem to have applied for this status; any reason you know of ?

Ashton, the last RNS said the sale of the Finnish assets would enable the company to sharpen its focus on emerging energy commodities.

If you took that literally Disko is on the back burner ?

Share your sentiments though, they were waiting for news early in the tenure of RE; for the layperson it's hard to understand the delay.

Obviously , that depends upon one's definition of Rare Earths eg Zinc.

I wouldn't consider it a Rare Earth play. Am I missing something ?

IvR, dilution doesn't necessarily reduce one's holding, just reduces the % holding. Dilution, if it doesn't depress the advice will be a good thing for 80M as it will increase liquiity. Could be a good income stream after the lock in periods.

I understand the change of government may have held things up a little but does the composition of the government really make much difference to 80M ?

For example JL and Dundas already hold exploration licenses; how do they need the government on these. ?There are only 54,000 Greenlanders, they aint going to provide capital.

80M share now worth over 2m.

I suppose you can look at it both ways; I hope I don't get a communication on here from a certain poster explaining how poorly this company has been managed because that is self evident.

However, as 80M owns part of Met1 the company is valued higher than 80M. Not sure how much they have in cash but there really should be no comparison. Hopefully the value will out.

Would get more traction in the market; if it was just that at the moment there is hardly a commodity not associated with 80M.

Sell Disko for a couple of million and they've swapped 51% of one asset for 100% of another ( larger) asset

Quicker pathway to cash with JL than Disko

Ashton, everybody wants Disko to be drilled but it's so difficult to see where the money is going to come from. This is especially pertinent given commitments elsewhere. If Greenswitch was to generate cash surely it would be better to wait ? Unless, of course, they spend no money and dilute their holding ? Surely they either dilute Disko or dilute the company ? Any ideas where you think the money will come from or will they go for Free Float ?

IvR, is that right ?. It says in the RNS that 80M will receive between 29m and 79m shares if the retail offer was fully subscribed, which it was. That seems an awful lot of shares and will certainly take them over the 30% mark.Have 80M got lucky.Consudering the MC is only £10m and a lot of that can be accounted for by JL and Greenswitch it doesn't look like much of the Finnish assets were baked into the price I trust you can see why I've raised the subject of the Consideration Shares
