Not sure if you realised but 15.52% of 70,154,750 is 10,887,924.
This is higher than the figure you quoted of10,364,448 on 31st March
On the basis 80M held 6,249,773 shares before the sale of assets to 80M it implies those said assets were sold for 4,638,151 Met1 shares
Throw in cash received it looks like 80M received over £2m for the sale of the Finnish assets.
Bearing in mind 80M was valued at £5m when the new BOD was created, despite the vigorous protestations of another poster on here, that looks now a cracking deal.
