Anyone in Boohoo? Seem to remember that the owner and FD sold loads of shares, SP tanked, PI’s all complained that they all got shafted and the SP recovered and a lot more.

Is this something similar?

On another point haven’t PI done well here - SP was 1.5p not too long ago so that is a healthy profit. Warrants were always going to be sold so it should be no surprise.

Well if they give us £2.30 a share I’ll take that

Interesting that you won’t buy back in before R3. Sounds a bit strange because I would expect a rise when announced not after so you might miss the boat?

The SP has been stagnant because not a lot has happened recently. Hopefully there should be a lot of good news in H2 to get the SP increasing.

Personally doesn’t bother me what you or everyone does with their money. I’m going to stick this out because I can see what’s coming down the tracks and in the meantime look forward to receiving the 3% div to reinvest into more shares.

Well Kistos make their first acquisition and have been trading for 5 mins while we wait on the sideline twiddling our thumbs.....

Tom, just picking up on your point that the business is over capitalised, are the BOD not investing in Rhum 3 and Columbus and therefore using the money to get these projects up and running? Looks like Rhum 3 is costing more than first thought so thankfully we have cash to pay for it. Also if no acquisition then use the money to increase the div? While it would be good to have an acquisition there are at least 2 projects on the go that will significantly increase the boepd. So not all bad. Final point is what could say £60m buy realistically?

Are the buys as a result of our largest s/h selling some - wonder if these are being transferred to a single buyer buying in tranches?

True value will play out - patience has always been the key...

With both gas and oil prices both moving forward surely this is going to reflect in the results. After all there is just under a month to go before we close the book on the financial year. Yes, maybe the sp should be moving forward due the price of oil and gas but has this ever happened in the past? When the interims were announced the results weren’t as good as we thought as there was a 45 day work over with loss of revenue/profit and the SP reacted accordingly - maybe we should get a tick up when y/e results are announced and maybe an increase in the div. add on rhum3 and Columbus and 12 months to go until the assets are 100% ours then it all looks rosy.

Yes, and again, with all that money we should be acquiring new assets but didn’t Mitch say that the sale of assets had been slower than thought. Well worth a read of that article again and once again mentions value for shareholders.
