I think that it is inevitable that the sanctions won't actually work and Iran will find a way to get their crude to market, therefore, if other producers do increase supply to compensate we will simply be back to square one again and oversupply.

I certainly agree that now is the time to hedge - this could be the highest Brent makes in 2019 and if the economic predictions of a downturn are correct we may have to wait some time for Brent to get to these levels again.
