Thanks Crumbs it just shows how technical Scancell's world is....

So the approved UK trial is using the New TriGrid device. Whatever the technical problems are that the FDA object to, over here the device has been vetted and found to be safe to use.
What a frustrating situation not just for us investors or for Scancell or for Ichor but for the people who could have been involved in successful trial and then those who will miss out down the line, once the SCIB 1 / Combi has been approved.

I thought the new device was already in use in the USA.
I'm only going of what has been said over time but I thought it was in a DNA type trial and wasn't the US Army or US Air Force mentioned as having started to use the TriGrid device.

I think my frustration comes from the fact that if it is just a matter of how the device works or how it's maintained or how people are trained, why all the secrecy.

I can't understand why we are not told exactly what the device issue is. It has already been said that the Trigrid 2 device is already approved in the USA and is already being used in trials there.

So summing up, if its a device problem why only with our trial and not in other trials and what is so difficult about saying what the issue is.......

Somebody at the FDA has obviously blocked the trial or the approval if you prefer, due to the reaction of the electroploration on either SCIB 1 or more likely, what happens to the Checkpoint Inhibitor, which I'm presuming will already have been administered to the patient.

Seems an awful long time has passed while new data has had to be submitted and still no comment from the FDA.

Maybe the FDA are now awaiting the first UK trial data.

Either pure bureaucracy with an intern in charge or lumped on somebodys desk with a 1,000 other applications.

So I instigated the very positive 'This Coming Week'
and was convinced by my own delusion that News / Big RNS was on the way.
But the failure of news to appear, I think it's all my fault, it's my chirpy happy positive view that's chased away the result we wanted...... So....!!

"No News in the Coming Week" is my new mantra..

Now that video of Cliff presenting the Scancell wares is just what we need to bring in new investors.
The number of trades and some of the values of those trades tells me that we are seeing the Scancell story hit a much wider audience.
When I said this week could be interesting I never thought of his presentation being the catalyst, but I think it just might be.... Well impressed.

So far not the burst from the blocks I would have wished for.
The thing is we must be so close to the trial starting in earnest and the FDA finally finding a pen with some ink....

If I could I'd put a tenner on a 'definite RNS this week'....
Any ideas what odds I'd get..?

There's a very good chance that during this coming week we'll hear that 'Patient No. 1' has been dosed in the SCIB 1 Combi Trial.
Hopefully the share price will continue to be positive with a blue end to each day prior to the trial announcement ...

Finally, I would hope that the FDA will be nearing a decision and because of the approval in the UK, they give the US trial the go ahead.

A lot can happen in a week, let's hope that it's this week when it does...

Have to agree that any reduction near to £2.00 will have to be bought. I have some shares elsewhere that have no way of matching the potential growth here.
So I'm going to look at any weakness in the shareprice as an opportunity.

Given that we will enter the fourth week of July on Monday I'm presuming that our first patient must now have been chosen and the pre-clinic tests complete.

I feel your frustration and we all wish the price would go back to at least £3.00.
I'm content in the knowledge that I have a chunk of shares in a company that is only going to grow. In fact I wish I had some spare beer tokens I could use.

The Immuno field is opening in all directions, so much to learn but I'm now fascinated with the way our immune biology works and even more fascinated how the scientists have discovered these amazingly complex interactions.

It's why I enjoy this discussion board so much.
