An investor like Neil Woodford will have a very good idea of what the next results from Rene will be. Don't forget his investment in Rene was at the old 5p = £5.00 in todays share. He's not going to sell shares that in a month's time could be double the current price and put him in profit. I think that if he did sell his 3% holding here then the Cohort 2 results are not good. So hang tight we know the first results were not just a fluke as it's taken 12 years to get this science right. Chester

I just like the way this company continue to build. Their products are perfectly suited to the markets they are pursuing and are exactly where there is huge potential for growth. Reading between the lines the sales are all on budget for 2019 and they are expecting even stronger sales in the second half. This new capital will undoubtedly be being spent on new manufacturing and laboratory kit, plus extra staff to push sales on the new product lines. Really looking positive... Chester.

Hi C7 On re-reading Ratcliffewriter's very indepth and rounded 3 part appraisal last weekend something struck a cord.. We may not think that the top dogs at Scancell read our posts but..........! In Rats page 1, there is the mention of how careful Scancell are at spending the raised capital and that on a low budget they "keep the Wheels Turning".... And low and behold your post of Cliff Holloway's response to your email only 2 or 3 days later he says, "we'll keep the Wheels Turning"...... Now that's either an amazing coincidence or he had read Rats post that weekend..... I'll let the jury decide but it was a very deliberate comment by Cliff..... Maybe he posts on here under an alias.......??? Chester

Just read again the RNS announcement for the UK trial. The trial will have 25 patients who are all eligible for treatment by the Checkpoint Inhibitor 'Prembrolizumab'. So these are the 25% of patients that have passed the immune response criteria. Without SCIB 1 the average survival at 5 years would only be approximately 6 of these patients. Question 1 : With SCIB 1 what are we expecting that 5 year survival success rate to reach.... 12, 15 patients or higher? Also to achieve such a survival rate after 5 years the initial tumor destruction rate will need to be at very high percentage. Question 2 : So when the initial data is announced after say 6 months, What kind of data would we be expecting? Chester.

Thanks for your answers. So good solid data in 6 months, that means we can have some very lively speculation on here from November 1st....ha ha.. My hope for all those taking part that the treatment helps every single one of them. My journey with Scancell is only 5-6 years but it really does feel like the juggernaut is now turning. Chester

Morning All Given that our UK trial gets underway say, 1st July and we have to treat all patients which could take all of the first month. When is it likely that we could draw data from the trial. I know the combination could have immediate effects, around 20 days have been mentioned but to actually report the data, roughly how long? Would appreciate any thoughts. Chester

I totally agree, I'm stuck exactly the same, sold out at a fair loss and then bought back in at £1.29 only to see that investment halved. But, I'm still interested in any news and the Jefferies next week is interesting. Also the wife of the CFO buying enough shares to fill as ISA is an indication of upper management confidence. Maybe I need to just write this off for 12 months and also join Elvis and temporarily leave the building........ Ha ha.. I do hope we can all reconvene here at some point and the share price can be called 'Shareholder Value'..... TTFN..... Chester

Thanks C7 I've read the notes on "AIM-Watch.Com' and it seems our share is on a system that allows upto 10% movement before the 'PME' kicks in. It is to be hoped that a successful Scancell Holdings will seek to move onto a different trading platform. That's if its not been bought out that is. Chester

Hi Knowlesi I reacted to what I could see rather than having first hand knowledge of how the Market Makers actually make the market work. Just seems to me that the price can be lowered very quickly and sometimes the reasoning doesn't seem to be there. You have a good understanding of the mechanics and regulatory boundaries. This is a genuine question, do you know what circumstances trigger a 'Price Monitoring Extension'. I would be grateful if you could explain so I can understand why its happened today 25 minutes after my observation. Thanks Chester.

MM's drop the price on so few and low value trades. So what is going on? Why bring the price down so harshly on £500 to £1,000 trades? Is this further evidence of manipulation by the MM's only this time it looks like they may be using, let's call it the 'Double Trapdoor Drop'. I'm guessing they have their reasons.... Chester.

Hi Blondeamon We could receive an RNS update on the Retinitis Pigmentosa trials in the US because its an 'Open Trial', its not a double blind with a placebo, so the actual outcome is seen very quickly. As I said last week, the clinicians probably already know if the trail is a success. As soon as 'Scientifically Significant' data is know its necessary for the company to inform the market. To be fair I don't think they would be able to keep positive or negative results quite for very long anyway. Chester

Hi Manifesto Just going off the information that's available. The surrounding buys and sells say that such a large amount would only be taken at a discount to the normal sells. So my guess would be a 1.1M sell would be around £3.05 ish. Also it would take the MMS a whe to gather enough stock so I think its a pre-agreed purchase from the end of last week. But.... That's my take on the available facts..... Can't see it being anything other that a buy.. Chester.
