Why would I make such a contrived bet. Its a childish way to debate how the future of Scancell will pan out. I've answered your question of funding but that's not what you are about is it. Funding has to be found at some point but right now we're OK. I honestly think you do not understand the company that you are apparently invested in, you obviously harbour a grudge about something and its difficult to know what you actually want other than the a wierd joy of winding everyone up.

Scancell has the potential of becoming a world influence on the battle with cancer and you keep turning the debate on to money.
I'm more interested in the progress of Scancell's amazing science.

I think it's cynical to say that long term investers are Mugs. When you decide to invest your hope and ambition is to see that investment grow. If as in Scancell the share price reduces or there is dilution its not always obvious what the long term direction of travel is. So as the share price reduces, do you see that as an opportunity to accuire more or do you contemplate selling at a loss.
It would really depend on how much reasearch and understanding you have of the company you are invested in.
Therfore if you are not a trader then it's got to be your knowledge of why you invested that makes your decision for you.
I've been investing in Scancell from 22p down to 3.8p and that has allowed me to accuire a decent quantity of shares.
The fundamental fact is that I am confident in my investment and its all down to my understanding of Scancell's science.

Stop taking things so personal, I was taking your comments to their natural conclusion.
If someone (not you) is concerned that the BoD are a bit flakey , they feel the share price will fall, the world economics are heading south and there is a quesion mark over the future funding of the company , then that person should take their money out and place in a safer place. That is all I was saying , I would never be so bold as to tell anybody what they should or shouldn't do. Its just not my way.

I feel your concern and you are right to bring up current world economics as a potential factor.
Your thought process leads to one conclusion, sell what you have and stick the cash in the bank and wait for confirmed positive data to get back in.
That's one way of looking at the world but you'll miss out on all the potential if's...... The thing with Scancell is that there is so much that could be happening in the background right now, we're just not privy to that info.
We don't know what the discussions were with Vulpes, we don't know what the current position is with Biontech or The Karolinska Institute or any other left field potential suiters.
It's all about the success of the trials, But we already have positive data from the SCIB 1 trial in Melanoma. So we know Scancell's tech works.
That's why I'm invested and why I think the current SP is stupidly low.
I'm very happy to stay invested and not overly concerned about finances in the short to medium term.

I think you are wrong about Vulpes taking a 16.7% position in Scancell. The 5p a share was of course a fantastic deal for them but it was mainly a matter of timing. The collapse of City Capital Investments when holding 21.5 million shares in Scancell was not the making of out BoD also the fact that the FDA refuse to pass Ichor’s TriGrid 2 is not of our BoD's making.
We've not really been blessed with a lot of luck but the road forward is now all about getting the three trials started.

I'm really excited about our prospects over the next 12 to 18 months.

Just want to mention that with the right funding the value of shares can go up because the influence of the new money is seen as a positive move towards better data or earlier launch date of a product.
The case in point is when Vulpes bought in at 5p the positivity meant that we quickly rallied to over 9p. It's really only the fact that the trial start has dragged that we've seen a slight retrace.

The price of the funding compared to the actual share price at that time is very critical to the process being viewed as positive or negative.

All in my humble opinion.

So far today those 3,000 & 5,000 share sells add up to 70,000 sold at a rough average of £2.20 = £ 154,000

If it is Woodford's instructions to sell more Reneuron then they are taking a massive hit on the price. What I can remember is that most of the £70m capital raised by Rene was at 5p, so before the 100-1 consolidation which currently would be £5.00 a share. That's over a 50% loss, so if it is Woodford it shows us a very concerning desperation on their part.

Looks like the price is being worked downwards. Certainly know how to push buttons and get the nervous to bail.
We're not due any news so these are the forces we have to contend with.
I am really surprised how the price can be dropped so quickly but takes a lot of buying pressure to push it up in smaller steps.

If it does hit £2.00 then it's definitely a good opportunity to top up.

Last week was a strange one, the share price mostly bounced around in a confined range until the end of the week where the sells were not matched with buys.
We await news, not just the normal run of the mill news but news we've rightly expected since the last few days of June. The debate about the comment "In the coming weeks", ended with an upper limit of 13 weeks. So that would give a maximum date of mid September...... Can't see that.

I would say "In the coming weeks" has to max out at 6 weeks, bringing the second week of August as a likely 'Trial Start Date'....
I know I've been told to stop fixating on the 'When' but it does get a bit intense when you're checking every day for that elusive RNS.

So there is a very good chance that in 'This Coming Week' part 3, we will get that desired RNS fix "Trial Started"...

Whilst it's been very quiet on this board and no news from Rene there is some solid accumulating going on.
Looks very likely that there's at least one or two buyers who are or who are buying up all the nervous sells.

Given the message of recruiting new employees to enable the company to process more Fosun Pharma type deals anyone one can deduce that the trials must be progressing in a positive way.

Can't see this slipping back to £2.00 as some people have suggested. Any snippet of news will have the share price rising.

Hi All

I had some shares in GGP about 18 months ago and then had second thoughts and sold out, at a loss.

So just to say I've kept a look in to see how things are progressing. I am quite surprised that with the new landscape of the recent drill cores and buy in that the price still sits below 2.00p. I've read that a large holder has decided to sell down his stock so that will have had an affect.
But, having read the RNS's and read some of the 'informed' posters on this board I've realised that now is the time to get back in.
I realise it could be very soon or I'll need a little patience before that game changing news lands but I'm now confident that GGP is now more than ready to prove its full worth.

When the first patient is treated I presume that they will not rush to a computer terminal to type out an RNS.
Q: Will the clinicians want to wait 24 hours, a few days or even a few weeks, just to be sure everything is going along safely?
