With a market capitalisation of £39M and approximately 1,172m shares in issue, how can we know what is the true value of TRX at this time?
The company have excellent products to sell, the products have high demand, they seem to be managed well and they have some very valuable IP + assets.

I surpose managements promise to be at breakeven in 2020 which has moved now to later in 2021 does dampen our excitement.
So one question, when the profits do eventually arrive what SP can we expect?.?

My take is that without Woodford selling everytime we see any sort of positive rise we would have held pretty well around 10p +/- a bit.
So do we need the Woodford issue to go way before we have the opportunity to start towards a better and more realistic price?

I would welcome any other views on how we LTH should see the future of Tissue Regenix.

For info I hold over 500k of shares so very much underwater but still like this share for its long term potential.

Moving to the hold up with Health and Safety (HSE) I would guess that process is making sure all the protocols and paperwork are all in order. Once that hurdle is passed it does slightly suggest things could begin to happen with BionTech.
The collaboration appears to be in a very good place.

On the link you just posted, bottom of page 7 Moditope : Modi 1, Modi 2 and TCR ,
under Meeting Search Criteria.... Announced Deal ... it says 'Commercial Option to BionTech for Identified TCR's'.

I thought we had a 'Collaboration' with BionTech so i'm interested in why it says 'Announced DEAL'.

Any thoughts ??

I'm not saying that we can't wish it had all gone smoothly but I just can't buy into the 'it's all about incompetent management'...

I think the TriGrid used in the original trial was not what Ichor wanted to roll out as 'the machine' and developed it further.
My take is that we were the first to apply to the FDA to use the new version TriGrid 2.
To the best of my knowledge its still not approved in the USA.
I think Crumbs helped me understand that's the case.
Scancell are firering on several fronts with such a small team to perform all the tasks. They are so careful with our investment money and we have Lindy....

Let's just all get on the team bus and let, the scientists, drive these really special cancer platforms into the clinic.
I'm just being extremely positive to counter what I feel is turning to unnecessary and I'll placed bitterness towards our hard working and very dedicated staff at Scancell.

Thank you to all PI's that attended and have given some feedback.

Hindsight is all very well but each decision on the 'SCIB 1 / Combo' the company have made has all stemmed from using the Ichor Device, which originally was a prototype and then we had to go along with the new commercial version.
How can anyone seriously blame our BOD for the failure of the FDA to pass that new device. OK it's gone pairshaped but it's not on Scancell's back.

It's been a tough, three years waiting for that pivotal good news day, but come on guys what Scancell are doing is breaking new ground in a very demanding and complicated science. Give it a break and let our very competent staff do their jobs.

You do see things as they are but you definitely also do use a sledge hammer to crack a nut in your comments.
We're all frustrated that Scancell haven't had an easy ride towards commercialization. Where I differ from your reteric is that I believe the main people at Scancell are very capable and are skillfully making their way through a maze of science, technology and red tape. They are the pioneers.....

All it needs is a lot more faith and and your patience to let the real world play out.
The area of human progression towards understanding and finally controling cancer is an immense battle. An investment in a share gives non of us any power to control events but if you have researched and convinced yourself it's a good bet, then sometimes you have to do the years until it matures.

From your past posts I am sure you have a good interlect are well capable of making your valid points without being so abrasive to the people you are taking to task.

It seems the difficulty in enrolling into the CTX trial is that the measure of success Reneuron has to prove that any improvements in mobility are not from the bodies own ability to cause repair. In other words that even after six months was it the natural drive of the brains neurons to eventually reach a new connections or is it solely due to the intervention of the CTX programme.
Therefore the selection process to which patients make it onto the trial must be highly specific.
The pivitol decision in the selection process is what movement is apparent after six months and where that movement is.
The minimum is the ability to shrug the shoulders which was determined in the early phases of the trial.
Once there is unequivocal proof that CTX works there will be broader applications.
So I'm disappointed that we have to wait longer but it shows the ground breaking nature of StemCell therapy.

Because it states that their route stimulates the T Cells to multiply and attack the cancer cells in my ignorance I thought they were following Scancell and encouraging CD4 or CD8 to do the killing of the Cancer cells.
Just shows me how complex all these natural cell interactions are.
Interesting that you say it could (if it works) be of interest to SCIB 2.
I do find the whole 'cancer Immuno therapy' very complicated but utterly fascinating.

A trial started late June this year,

DuoBody-PD-L1x4-1BB is a novel bispecific antibody that combines checkpoint blockade of the inhibitory PD-1:PD-L1 signaling axis with conditional stimulation of T cells by activation of the 4-1BB receptor, thereby enhancing the proliferation of activated T cells to efficiently target cancer cells. The original idea and concept for this approach to combine immune-brake removing (PD-L1) and acceleration properties (4-1BB) to combat cancer are based on research conducted at BioNTech.

To me it raises two questions,
A) Are they trying to create another pathway to stimulate the immune system similar to Moditope?

B) Is this another platform that would be enhanced with a little boost from AvidiMab?

Really interested to understand the mechanism of what they are attempting to do with the immune system.

Only a week to go before get to know some important chunks of information, that are highly anticipated and I would also expect containing some very positive updates.
I'm amazed again by the twists and turns of being a Scancell investor. Best comment this week for me was, 'that Scancell prefer these financially back loaded agreements or collaborations' , meaning that when the commercial deals do happen they will be worth so much more... Music to my ears.

"Patience is a Virtue" and we must all be quite virtuous by now... Ha ha

Let's presume that the collaboration has shown that Scancell's tech is capable of giving Biontech what they need to develop a unique TCR platform. Surely they would make a move as early as possible and not wait for potential data in 12 months time. Just my opinion, but it would depend on what is currently being proved up in the labs.

I know we've discussed a possible BionTech deal for their TCR platform many times in the past.
But, because we are now much closer to that possibility, what would that deal look like in terms of upfront payments and then how would it work going forward?

I re-read my post once I realised that your comment was directed towards its blatant ramp.
It was a badly worded attempt at responding to previous posts.
It would have been better served if I had said 'for a bit of fun who is up for there being an RNS in the morning'. My intention was to find a joke in the fact that so many buys were coming though without any obvious reason.
Is there a leak who knows, I'm probably just like everyone else on the Rene board, we don't have a clue, but that spree of buy trades says that somebody does know something.
I will take a lesson from this that the written word can be interpreted in many different ways.
But, if I may say it is very intriguing as to why there is this sudden burst of activity.
I'm sure we will find out in time.
