Just read your last post. With regards to TRX being a 'possible takeover target' what I was trying to say was as they grow the turnover and market presence they will fit very nicely into a much larger organisation. But, "there is always a but.."
they need to grow that turnover / bottom line value. Maybe turnover around the £25M to £30M per annum area. Once at that sales value they will have proved sustainable and hopefully a good margin. They can continue to grow on their own and become an important and major player or succumb to an aggressive takeover.

I'm quite positive either way.
Massive benefit to patients as well, what's not to like......

I've held TRX for a few years and their products really do sell extremely well once the Doctors and Surgeons get to see the resulting benifits for patients. Having bought CellRight the Combined platforms transformed Tissue Regenix, potentially into a future leading company. Also as their sales increase, potentially a very valuable takeover target.
This issue with production has been created in part by their main product lines having a lot more demand than the current manufacturing capacity.

They can still hit critical mass sales values early 2021 but with the intended extra manufacturing on line asap they may still get there end 2020.

Just my opinion please do your own research.

This will not move much higher until we hear from the company. A positive RNS stating that we have agreed a new loan facility will push us back to around the 3p mark.

One thing that is a bonus from this over selling debacle is that Tissue Regenix is now on the radar of 100's and maybe 1,000's of new PI's and Day Traders. That bodes really well for when the company's manufacturing moves into new volumes.

What a load of doomongering (if that's a word).

Most of the money they need to massively increase production. They still have all their contracts, they still own all the IP and patents.
The company they bought in the USA is still there and probably worth more than this share value.

So what happens when they inform the market that the finance agreement is now adjusted and they move forward.

This is well oversold.....

I'm sure CH will be able to give you a straight answer to that question. I don't think it would be conceived as inside info.
Anyway I have just come on to say that I'm probably like most Scancell long termers in feeling very flat at the moment.
We did build up quite an amount of anticipation once the UK trial was announced. As I've said before, to stop myself from stressing about the 'trial start delay' I've convinced myself that we will not hear any news on the front until December.

I would still like to think some news could arrive unheralded at some point soon.... A bit of left field news would do nicely....

That's what I was eluding to the other day, the breadth and depth of the science is ridiculous for a biotech of Scancell's size.

Can't argue with the time of a trade. MM's can mess with the spread which is why the colour is sometimes wrong but they can't mess with the time the trade is booked.

I cannot think of any other reason why those sells would be in such numbers large volumes when we are one week from more news.

Going forward...
The reason I'm invested and will still buy more shares in the future is because Scancell has broad, well researched, patented platforms.
They are building a house on very well constructed footings.

I'm really excited by the potential prospects once we have human trial data. 12 months maybe 18 months and we will know exactly how the platforms have performed. This is an investment, so there are no guarantees but if successful our long patience will be well rewarded.

A few more shares around the 5p mark, it would be rude not to.... Ha ha..

I think they were probably nieve in thinking the FDA would pass both the trial and the device within a few months. They saw absolutely no point in using precious resources to create a plan B.

That's caused by limited funds and Scancell have always shown themselves to be prudent with their investment money.

We can't have it both ways.

By the way, they / we have had no luck whatsoever to help things along, if it could go wrong it did.

Totally agree, just think the traders know that until a company reaches the point of revenue they can play their games. Greatland Gold is primed ready for the money to start to flow.
Newcrest will move through the gears and prove up a minimum resource that compels them to act. That's either to announce the initial size of the find or even just offer GH a price he can't refuse.

Hopefully that will happen in the new year when we know what the next 15 holes results are. That should start to move the share price towards and above the mythical 2.1p

This share has been so active over the last three years, bouncing from .5p to 2.5p back down again and again, so the share has attracted a plethora of traders. They know the game well and in joint force have been forcing the direction of travel, either up when news is due and then down by selling out and waiting for the next wave.
When the true value materialises then they will all have to go find a new share that has a great potential to start over playing their 5 or 10% profit games.

My average is around 1.84p and to be honest I'm quite happy to sit tight. Looks like next year is going to be full of amazing positive news days and positive RNS's days.
With today's news about Scallywag the potential gets better and more secure.

I think that Scancell's wealth of knowledge and the Intellectual Property associated with the break throughs in this field of cancer immunology are not fully understood or appreciated even by the science community as a whole.
As and when the MODI platforms deliver positive data that's when the fireworks will start.

Oh and maybe when Biontech make a move...

We have all invested in a cutting edge biotech company who have evidenced that their science does work and will develop in the future. They can't just go on the street and drag someone in for a test this trial is very specific.

If you invest then that's long term if you bought on the expectation of getting a quick buck on your purchase then that's trading of gambling. What you should be waying up is what could Scancell be worth in two years or five years.
As has been said on this board and by Scancell's directors we stand and fall on proven data.

SCIB 1 using the original Ichor’s Trigrid has been overtaken by Checkpoint Inhibitors and Big Pharma has moved on.
Scancell's science still has the opportunity to influence the direction of travel in Cancer Immunotherapy but we need the right patients, the right outcomes and the right data.
You are either invested or your not.

My opinion is to collect more shares when I'm able and just thank Brexit and the trial delay for such a stupidly low price.

Based on various comments by the company I agree that the SCIB 1 / Combo Trial will happen in the US at the earliest possible time. Having just one trial site open is causing this annoying delay. With extra UK sites and US sites we have the chance to fulfil the 25 places as stated in the trial design.

We should not whinge that it's all Scancell's fault, it's the cards they've been dealt by the FDA's unwillingness to pass the TriGrid 2.
I'm now already prepared to accept that the current trial "first patient dosed' may not happen until December and the trial enrolment date spread to mid 2021.
I don't want that to be the case but I'm no longer going to stress about it, it will fill up as we find the appropriate patients at one site.

As Crumbs has said the SCIB 2 trial with Nano delivery system will be the big improvement.

So chin up guys Scancell's amazing platforms will breakthrough eventually.

Just that my beards going grey and getting longer, I'm hoping not to look like Gandalf when we get that breakthrough news....

It is all very strange,

there have been many times in the past where no matter what was happening elsewhere, on here we were all really excited about what Scancell would spring on us next.

The fact that we have waited in anticipation of the news "trial started" for so many weeks is very wearing. I do think this is why some have run out of patience and either sold out or sold a chunk of their holding.

It's the reality of being invested in
a pioneering science company.
But, as many have said, once Scancell can demonstrate the success in the lab does transfer to human biology, then its game on. My opinion is that in 12 months time all the frustration of these current delays will be well forgotten. The share price will have got back to at least fair value ( 14 - 18p) and this board will only be talking about the potential still to come.

So some more deep breaths needed along with plenty of patience... Oh and 5.8p or lower buying price is very cheap considering the potential.

Totally agree about the range of news that will arrive tomorrow.
Commitment to Stage 2 or even better, Already at Stage 2.
Number of new holes to be reported on and depth so far.
How many Rigs actually on site.
Quality of the Gold and Copper grades in new data.
And the big boy....
An Estimated size of the Ore Body with some caveats on the Stepping Out.

So much to look forward to, all we need to know is just how big a positive does this all add up to....
Very excited about the possibilities.

The delay with the current trial is quite difficult to stomach coming on top of the twelve month delay with the US trial.
However, that's just the short term frustration, the longterm outlook is very strong.

In 2020 we have a very good chance of having data from the SCIB 1/Combo UK,
SCIB 1/Combo USA,
MODI 1 and
CRUK starting SCIB 2.
Also in, 2020 Biontech could step up with a TCR deal and the very strong chance of AvidiMab attracting one or more licence deals.

Such a lot of really big share price moving events are all being squeezed together.
I think once the good news starts to arrive its going rapidly elevate the shareprice.
"Oh for a Crystal Ball".

I know we've been saying this for the past few years but there's so much value building in Scancell's very near future.
