It really did feel like Hype mixed with Anticipation. As the news hasn't landed I think the Sell on News / 10%'s have all pulled out.
That's not a bad thing because when the RNS does land and its positive the share price will now have a genuine rise. More chance of investors getting in at slightly lower prices.

I suppose an RNS could be issued first thing tomorrow morning.....fingers crossed.

That's quite a leap as I have always said that it should never be this low. The actual joke is that it's only 1p.

I always try to balance the ridiculous ramping that this is a guaranteed money spinner.
Well it's very close but there is always a "But".
When we hear from the company and we know that the manufacturing is in place and working then it will be time to dream of the 10, 15 or 20p but we must get past this point first then its game on.

All just my opinion, not stone clad fact just what I see from the evidence to hand.

The obvious one is the ACL 'OrthoPure XT' which is awaiting approval by the EU.
There will be many new requests from surgeons aimed at the BioRinse (CellRight) products, there will be more demand from Dentists and the DermaPure range is sold in different thicknesses and patch sizes each new variant could be classed as a new product.

This is why TRX is such an interesting prospect once were past this critical growing stage the company can just grow and grow.

You could see in 15 to 20 years a manufacturing base in most countries serving billions of people.

Just need to get past this manufacturing/ finance question.

Firstly welcome to the board.
I totally agree that Dermapure and Biorinse plus all the CellRight products are in high demand. I've been saying that for five years as they have grown the company sales from nothing to the current budget for 2019 of £18M. They have been using double and treble shifts for the last 6 months but that's with limited staff and facilities. Just to show how difficult it's been growing at such a pace they had to admit to MidCap that their tunover targets would not be met in the short term by 15-20%.
That's a lot of productivity to catch up.

My point is that we need to see how the adjustments that have been put in place have affected the amount of finished product being delivered and invoices. I know they have products in high demand but the crux of the matter is 'are they achieving their stated output goals'.

The company currently runs at a loss but that changes once they hit critical mass turnover.
Everything points to a very successful future and buying at 1p or 2p is a no brainer.
However we still need to know what is being achieved in San Antonio before confidence in the stock will lift us back upto a sensible value.

Yes lazy posting... I am referring to the warrants, which when exercised will cause some dilution of the share value.
It is probably a better way to raise the capital than going to the market 'cap in hand'.

If the increased manufacturing has produced the expected growth in turnover all the bits of the puzzle come together and there will be no need to discuss finances.
What I'm attempting to point out is that the Woodford issue is a drag on the current price but those year end growth figures are key to this share getting back to the 10p plus range bt the end of 2020.

A couple of things to be aware of :

A) if the company needs to raise capital of say £10M to see it past all financial hurdles and onto large scale profits, then that in its self is not a problem. The issue is the share price.
At todays 1p they would have to issue 1,000,000,000 shares which would dilute everybody's holding by 50%. Not a good plan..
The share price needs to get back to the 7 to 10p range to make that option viable.
Also the Midcap loan / options deal already means that new shares will be issued against that debt.
Therefore the report on sales growth and total turnover for the last quarter 2019 is very very important to how this all plays out.
My gut feeling is that if those figures are positive the company will announce them at the earliest opportunity ( mid jan ) and if we hear nothing!!! Well that's not good.

B) The new ACL product 'OrthoPure XT' has been on trial since 2015 and is still awaiting approval by the EU. Operations have taken place and the clinical results have never been released. If they do receive approval early 2020 then that will be a "Brucie Bonus".

The Woodford issue will work it's way through especially if we start to recieved positive RNS's.

For once this started on the Nasdaq.
It shows there is still a lot of interest in Verona Pharma but to spike this high without the back up of a positive RNS means its currently just speculation or hype.
Doesn't even feel like a leak, just anticipation due to the company saying it would release Trial Data by year end.
So that means Monday is the last chance to keep that promise.

Really hoping for a solid set of results, when they come out ..........

Definitely a buy if it was indeed transactioned at 16.38pm yesterday as all sells were under 1p. But by now we all know the games and general trickery of the MM's.

The opening on Monday may give some hints. If it was a sell and it was Woodfords shares that were traded would we be that bothered.

Morning all,

I have a theory on these large 1M ish sales.
They don't feel right against the mounting evidence that Hav is the real deal.
I feel they could be forced sell offs by gamblers, buying big on the basis that the price is going up 10%. As the price has sat pretty static they have to sell because they don't have the cash to stump up and wait any longer. It's only a theory but this share is being massively day traded and anyone who could afford to hold wouldn't be right in the head to sell at 1.7p.

Also, this is a really informative board, I'm impressed by the depth of knowledge and research.

To keep my sanity I had to let a chunk go at 14p and then some at 9p. I was still holding when I bought more at 7p ish and then some when they hit 0.6p. If I did the maths l would say 7 or 8p would get me near to what I originally put in. On saying that I've watch the SP drop for reasons that are nothing to do with the fundamentals of TRX. I'm not folding at any point because there is a good chance their products will drive them well above 22p . But all in good time, let's talk again this time next year and compare notes.

Once we see volume pick up both here and especially on the Nasdaq then we can probably ' fill up our boots ' with much more confidence. Howie is so convincing though with his continuous crys from the void, that I've just ordered a pair of zip up boots hopefully in good time before any superb RNS's land.....

Extremely reassuring interview.
They are exactly where they should be on the manufacturing improvements. Once they have the San Antonio facility fully online the turnover will very quickly reach breakeven and that will be a massively important point in the company's development. Oh and the share price.

Very happy with my investment in TRX and I've been here since the price was 22p.
My average is not that now obviously as a penny a share is like being given a golden ticket to make some serious money down the line, say 12 to 15 months.

Something odd about that 50K 'sell'?

That went through just after 8.40am at 42.25p and then later there are two much smaller sells at 42.04p. Very odd unless for some reason it was a buy, but why at that price at that time... it's got me baffled....

I see anything around 1p as an absolute bargain. Obviously it depends on why you want to buy the shares. My opinion is that the company is fundamentally sound and is experiencing issues all caused by growing so quickly. They need time and cash to push past these issues and then on through to breakeven and beyond. Once they move the company into profits this ridiculous 1p a share will be seen as an amazing bargain.

The first indication will be the last quarter 2019 sales figures which we'll probably see mid Jan. Then we could be given updates as we head towards March and the possibility they will need to raise some more capital. As long as all information still points towards the growth of the business, raising cash is not an issue it will be the share price at that time.

So to conclude TRX has fantastic potential but has to negotiate this massive growing phase.
