You won't find anything on EGNR. It's all pixie dust & unicorns, a made up company with fanciful empty promises, to enable the transfer of WSBN ownership to Moore, whilst fleecing new investors for money (which will go to Poulden as his 'fee' for selling us out).

Poulden, Moore & the Finance guy ALL know each other and ALL have shady pasts.

You fill your boots though, in fact, why don't you re-mortgage the house and shovel that in as well. I'm sure Poulden will be delighted at the extra income.....

Sidara offered 230p a share last year, but walked away due to 'geopolitical tensions' and the 'financial outlook' within the sector in general. Nothing to do with the DD they carried out or the order book.

Admittedly, Wood have said they need to tighten up on their financial controls and governance. (In my view they've been complacent within the business for a while now, hence the 3 yr turnaround plan and stricter controls). All good things to do in business!

They've got a £6bn+ order book and are generating cash. They've got rid of lumpy one off contracts in favour of long term, continuous revenue projects. They're still winning significant contracts. Yes, they've got debt, but it's manageable and can be re-financed in 18 months time. Additionally, they have the next 18 months to pay some of it down.

Wood is a very viable (and valuable) business with a wealth of knowledge & technical experience.

I don't expect a 230p bid, but somewhere in the region of 125p - 175p is possible.

My opinion/guess, but what do I know, I'm just another PI.
