If Sidara don't bid, they'll have to walk away for 6 months. At the current price it leaves Wood vulnerable to other opportunistic bidders. Sidara know that..... so the pressure's on them to play nicely.

I'm still thinking £1.25 - £1.75p a share (the higher end if they get the re-financing sorted).

You all know Poulden's dodgy now. How come Wishbone wasn't viable a few months ago, but now it is, again!? Gold was high last year - nothing's changed. I expect to get my investment back here, no matter what....

Yes I remember reading something about grants. I'm pretty confident EEE will get a grant (or two) going forward. It'll offset some of the cost, but we're still burning cash at a good pace.

This looks like a strategic, Tier 1 deposit to me. Whatever happens, money will come to it, it just depends on whose money it is. If its shareholders, expect dilution. If it's a JV, expect serious dilution (look at Greatland). If it's a takeover/buyout, expect to sell out at a significant premium.

As the legendary Bill & Ted said on their journey, "build it and they will come".

When I said I'd be back when the sp is more sensible, I meant I'd be a buyer of EEE- not that I wouldn't post on a BB. Looks like your under-developed brain & immature nature takes everything literally.

Don't you feel embarrassed? or ashamed? when you show yourself up in front of hundreds of people every day on these BB's? Don't you want to be respected for your opinion? Your views? your insights?

I'd imagine if there was anything significant in the Deloitte report that Sidara needed to complete DD, it would be provided on a 'need to know' basis to calculate the bid offer price. Otherwise Wood could be accused, at a later date, of misleading them during the process. Just my opinion.

I agree. Without any chance of production in the short/medium term, additional funds will need to be raised. I don't think EEE willhave any difficulty in raising cash, but it will involve dilution. I doubt they'll be able to take on debt without some way of repaying it, so it'll be dilution in my opinion.

If the sp gets back to reality I'd be interested in building a larger position, but for now it's a 'wait and see' for me. I have a small amount, but there's plenty of time to watch this develop. It's certainly a very interesting opportunity in the longer term.
