YOu could literally see that arb was a top 3 miner with riot and Mara and we had China, 9 months later this feels all terribly different. This Nasdaq listing confirms PW way out of his depth and he now has 130 million dollars to oversee…… I wonder what can go right and wrong but like I say feels well different to the early part of this year.

Even getting negged with btc to be fair and see some lean times ahead for crypto especially Janet yelled saying yday they gonna start taxing unrealised capital gains….winters coming x

What you raise and how many shares are issued are 2 separate issues.

It was clear 75 millio was being raised whether they used 10 million shares to do that or the entire amount.but 75 million dollars was the benchmark for the day of ipo until ipo day when we find out huge discrepancy of the amount being raised.

Essentially long term holders find out on the day that it wasn’t 75mmillion

The initial prospectus filed stated 75 million dollars on the day of the ipo or the day before I believe we received the updated prospectus 75 million shares. We literally found out on the day of the ipo

The filing in the prospectus was 75 million usd. Existing shareholders we’re under the impression adr’s would be roughly $2 so estimated 37 million shares bt low and behold it ends up 85 million shares at $1.50 the prevailing price on otc was $2.30ish. Ftse 170p when the adr’s hit, Existing shareholders are down 30 percent from a Nasdaq listing this is insane.

A massive discrepancy in the 75 Million usd to 85 miiion shares in its initial prospectus has never been clarified. If I’m an American Investor and I want to invest in miners what will atttract me To arb the P/E ratio on market watch at 568 ? The eps of 0.03 cents. The difference in price on ftse and Nasdaq will confuse ordinary investors. Will create arbitrage opportunity for others. I see a difficult few months ahead for arb. Huge infrastructure proj awaits let’s hope PW doesnt muck this up expect the unexpected.

I think 100 btc per day is a dream, especially when difficulty increases as more mines come online from the China ban then the halving in 2024 creates a lot less.

I doubt if arb 800 mw would be fully operational before that halving and they gonna need some big dollars for that escapade.

Does anyone know when machines will be installed, 9000 mining machines plus could take 6 months to rig up.

Delayed equihash, cancelled orders,diluted shares on the Nasdaq. listing delays on build next undoubtedly. But I’m a fuddder.

I can see100 mw being operational next year with machines (maybe) not forgetting labour and price issues for the build, we have to presume it will be delayed. Like everything is at the moment.

This listing on Nasdaq has been shambolic wish it had been done on common shares. Naive investors will get confused with this listing and look elsewhere.

I see better value in hive bit farming and hut in North America
