What % of profit do you have? Its at barely 10 percent at agh prices this year too …….

Arb barely made profit this year it’s on track for 12 million usd profit before ebitda. That’s not colossal! I got wrapped up in the profit margin in the mining but not much left after the other costs. We have had record prices this year which has obviously helped.

It’s going lower…….under a quid next few days.

Magnum none of them did an adr from what I’ve researched.

So I’d say 0 have listed on the Nasdaq with an inducement of discounted shares.

The common shares listed by hut Mara riot et al were all common shares no prices were listed when they announced ipos in most cases.

We found out the price on the opening bell of the Nasdaq inspite of the guide price being $18.33 and the lse price being 170p ish.

Until the board notifies of its intention to otc stock holders the shares remain separate from adr’s and cannot be ‘mingled’

PW and Board stated otc listing will remain at leas until 31st December 2021, we have to wait for an rns on this.

You found out so many caveats with this arb listing. So apparently you have levels in adr’s level1,2,3 and the adr’s can be sponsored or unsponsored. Of course each Level relates different listing rules. I think level 1 comes with no financial requirements so you don’t have to update the market with financial reports I hope we not on that level….Without anyone shouting at me :) does anyone know if this is sponsored or u sponsored and what level adr it is. I can’t find the info on prospectus..;../

Btc needs proper regulating and needs China. I am losing faith……the biggest Market to btc was essentially China. It’s bad news what they are doing. China govt sitting on 20,000 tonnes of gold they use that to back China digital currency it could easily become a much more viable store of value.

Without regulatory framework btc will be mainly used for illicit transactions. I’ve used btc for 8 years to buy weed online as have many others have bought harder drugs without that start btc would never be where it is today, silk road was the place Now you have hundreds and some aren’t even on the dark net but all of accept btc. Legalise weed you legalise that part of btc.

Regulatory framework could also sea to these violent swings, 2 % own 90 %of Bitcoin this is obviously causing problems.
