They borrowed 25 million usd days before the ipo, hopefully that money was required as down payment for machines.

It’s the only reason I can see the urgency of that particular funding. However what we have now is going to be the journey of getting Texas ready and until the eh is significantly up I can’t see much upside and months ahead of fud manipulation and lower prices.

I am spooked with China and btc at the minute hopefully it’s just a phase I’m going thru….

Pre ipo I can’t find anyone commentating that arb were raising 127 million dollars ?

Show me Filing that says 112 million before ipo day and I’ll rest my case. But yall accusing me of being wrong when only hexam and chuz understand the difference

Lolades Im not disputing the amount of shares 85 million.

It’s clear 75 million dollars was being raised that ipo day whether they used the whole 85 million that day to raise 75 million or just 10 million shares is immaterial.

75mmillion dollars was the figure being raised the discrepancy happened on the day of the listing when we find out all those share are being used t vastly discounted prices to raise 112 million. So if it had been 2ndollars x 10 we wold have used 37,500,000 shares or even better the $18.33 which was the indication price would have been about 34 million shares or 3.4 million adr’s.

Whatever you say mate they arb clearly indicated they were raising 75 million dollars on ipo day. The rest was served up to us on the day of the listing.
