600… great post but struggling with your figures….

Where do you get 1000 btc per month from? I thought the whole build out of Texas 600 mw would give us 6.0 EH. That Would give arb over 1000 per month, but phase 1 and 2 creates an extra 1.0 eh roughly ? So after first 100mw and existing machines we have about 2.6 eh ? Creating roughly 400 btc per month.

AND I never thought the utopia of Nasdaq listing would cause our underlying lse and otc price to fall by 30 percent to align to the 20 percent diluted adr shares on the Nasdaq.

I would absolutely have thought our ipo would create growth not a negative outcome even if it’s just 2 days.

It’s absurd that management went to list on Nasdaq and give the shares a discount. In Pete we trust ;(

Chuz, feels rotten to be fair dilute 20 percent of the company at 1 dollar 50 see all your existing shareholders get mullered.surely the rise from 133p to 173p would have been a good enough enticement…..short interest is Blowing me away to be honest think this gets short attacked….. Evergrande have taken money for projects spent the money and not built the projects……fire sale on assets has been going on last few months…..

Evergrande has failed.. only question will the CCP bail out evergrande…… no one really knows that.

300 billion plus if defaulted will have consequences worldwide but will also expose China shadow banking which will cause further contagion globally.

Then China can launch its crypto and we can all get back on the bull. Fingers crossed.

Think it was 50 million for the first 50 mw 30 million for the next 50mw so 80 million usd. Then price of miners…… and we already bought 32 million dollars worth ? That does the first 50 mw so an0ther 30 million for miners 110 million total usd?

Little bit confused some are saying 200mw but I’m sure it’s cost for 100 mw but I’m probably wrong

It feels like we never maximise this ‘potential’ of arb. Like you say 15 dollars was called by the professionals not out of our tombola’s.

Hasn’t absorbed the huge discount either let’s hope that sorts itself out next few days. Whatever takeaway we have at least we are finally on the Nasdaq and that ‘should’ benefit us long term..

The manipulation continues and gets bigger and yes you can make money from that. Just easier and nicer to make money when things are going up…..

Really if this company was so great it would have absorbed that discount if it was so oversubscribed…..factoring in the the discount it didn’t finish up yday…… and can see this hovering round these levels for some time.

Riot. Raised nearly 600 million and diluted less than 15 percent of its company. Riot then bought the massive infrastructure of 600-700mw facility. So. The growth is massive.

We did little more dilution pretty much diluted 20 percent for 112 million dollars.

Comparing this to riot is apples and oranges for now.

All this free time I get bored have to do something during the day guys. Doing nothing can be hard work x

This share hasn’t been good since Timis sell out @250p the downward spiral reflects this.

ADR share massively discounted to market have made insiders and mm’s lots of dosh but all existing holders getting a bit battered……and then end of December could be another 38 million adr’s coming to market, undoubtedly hugely discounted.

Canetoad, so another 6 months of manipulation. And then millions more discounted adr shares…………

Problem at the moment is that it’s convoluted for private American investors. Otcqb,Frankfurt. lse, Nasdaq. The otc market can keep the manipulation going. I did think the otc listing would go when we listed on Nasdaq as did probably many others.

These multiple listings make it very complicated and some of the posts from long term investors confirms this.

Arbkf needs to be delisted, and the shares places into ADR NASDAQ, the prospectus stated they reman listed up until December 31st 2021. To be fair I feel this ipo has been a complete **** show but I wouldn’t expect anything less from PW hopefully he’s gone within the year.

Arbkf remains on otc. Nasdaq shares are ADR’Sand tied to the lse listed share price. 10-1 lse shares.

Let’s hope support comes at that 150 level.

Didn’t Pete say to sailor that kitting out per mw was 250 to 500k usd so 100 mw is 25 to 50 million usd ? 50 mw completed first half of next year. And the second 50 mw 2nd half ?

He’s raised 50 million this year in shares. Loan facilities are set up to be utilised I don’t think we have a 100 million loan facility or it’s skewed so badly for the borrower that it’s negative news using it as we still don’t know the terms of this facility ?

Seeing the China exit happen, btc charts, the bill gates 666 patent lots of fud about now. I think most of the other miners are in far better position than Argo and 9 months ago only Mara and riot looked more capable and we ad better usp’s at that point. Lots has changed and next 12 months super critical for this company and to be sincere I don’t see much growth opportunity when you have another 700 mw to kit out and fund. This price will continue to stagnate and god help us 9f bitty collapses.
