Mediation Window: The case is referred to the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) for mediation. This window typically lasts 8 weeks.

Now if Mediation is going on for 8 weeks and it started first week of December they somehow agreed to a 'outlined agreement in days and then published it in its interims 18th December, amazing !

They then conclude the mediation 8 weeks fiorst week of Feb and then infomr us on the 13th of it not being successful, why not conclude the arb med arb protocolfrom mediation at that point and go to arb if your case is so strong ? you have completed 2/3rds of the process. Why did GST see fit to change then venue if it was looking so great ?

Mediation is a highly confidential process and the outlined agreement is unlikley to be used in court because of the Mediation act. You have narrow exemptions if both parties or the judge agrees but it seems moot if gst are pursuing 4.2 million? but were happy to accept 1.1 million and shares back.

They have to have the case first, so another 4-8 weeks after May 14th but nearly always high court will send it back to arbitration, you all think arbitration gave a result, it never completed so this will go back to Arb.

I said in July 2025 this will not be solved for 1-3 years Massis and aims told me 6 weeks lol and yet here we are May and in July a year to the date you will be told its going back to arb.

Like I say billy you need to understand what an outlined mediated agreement means in ARB MED ARB protocol in Singapore.

What happens in a mediation stays withe mediators, the only time a judge will look at the medaition is when the winner is decided and who pays who's costs.
