It will commence from where it ended mouse.GST need to pay the arbitrer fees and if its for 4.2 million the filings and arbitrer is about 200k and other fees start coming in, that would need to be paid for the arbitration to continue asap. Let alone funding their own legal defence for it .

If stayed It will go back to the final part of arbitration, it failed Mediation so it will take off from that point, the final part of the arbitration is the real battle and according the SIAC that can be 6-10 months for that type of claim of 4.2 million.

At least they get a ruling one way or the other that both parties have to abide by and appeals are narrow with arbitration whereas with courts they are far more likely.

Makes me wonder why GST changed the setting and then makes me think ARB wasnt going so well for GST hence this chaotic pivot that always looked like it would go back to arb or be utilised by zheng zhu in this setting. Think they tried to bully zheng zhu and daphne and then she turned up with Alen & Gledhill thee most prestigious law firm in all of Singapore. Fair play to them because they look like they want to fight and after all this time zheng zhu must understand what type of evidence GST semnet has and seems to me they are not up for settling. No one has considered that zheng zhu might be totally innocent here, jacks son was overseeing semnet at the time of this debacle lol and the figure they have in mind to settle could be zero, if thats the case GST have a fight!

I posted those 2 links that confirm Zheng Zhu and Daphne are filing a stay back to Arbitration.

And then the madness commenced.

Enki took it as a settlement.

BFD aggressively told me Daphne can’t file a stay because she’s not in the SPA and Billy then asks how do I know Daphne filed a stay.

I had to post the link again and then they went quiet, still waiting for the other reasons why Zheng Zhu and Daphne have filed a stay but its not a stay for arbitration says BFD but offers no alternative.

I think that was it for Wednesday.

This going back to arb is big news I wonder if GST will RNS prior to the 14th to explain whats happening.

If you look into Polish VASPS every one of them that offers passporting and cross border services is not using its Polish VASP to do that, most of them have the Polish VASP but then they will passport via Estonia and Italy or anywhere else that still offers cross border services legally until the 1st July. Poland does not offer any cross border services.. examples are Zonda crypto itself it passported via Estonia. Binance passport via Italy, Ramp Network passport via Ireland Kraken and Coinbase are now MiCA but they passported prior to that via Ireland and Luxembourg.

But they all held Polish VASPS and realised they couldnt offer crossborder with a Poland VASP. So what on earth are GST playing at?

There is no way Bake was authorised to offer passporting in to the EU from its Polish Vasp not one firm in Poland has done it like Bake. So did GST do a workaround or did they break rules, I'm sure if there was a workaround many firms would have done what bake did in Poland but every one of them had a legit EU vasp to passport it services into other EU countries.

I can't see how Bake trades again with all this unauthorised business since the 1st January 2026.

Arbitration is enforcable anyway, its not Somalia Enki, so im trying to understand the positive of wasting 3 months and then going back to something they were already in but 3 months later? plus big fees to pay to arbitrer 4.2 million usd and will they stay daphne case, I cant see them stayiing that, and if that proceeds as well, then its a proper mess for GST. but hey what do i know lol x;)

And the most interesting parts with the stays, is that because they havebeen filed neither party would have filed a defence as of yet as that would invalidate the stay proceedings so it will be month 3 by the time of the next hearing and like I say not even a defence has been filed by either party yet.

Mediation in arb med arb is a 8 week timeframe, i never said they did the whole mediation in December you guys did because you all kept telling me they were getting 1.1 million and 58 million shares thats you guys telling me mediation was done in December, not me

When they go to mediation they stay arbitration understood? and for 8 weeks they try and thrash out a deal, in the first week December hearing , they claim to have struck an expected deal but then wait until feb 13th to tell us it failed. Those 8 weeks time the RNS in February pretty well but thats nuance and connecting dots and we know where that leads you.

What else would the stay be for BFD why are you ignoring the question ? You keep saying the stay could be other options what are they ?
