Even the most optimistic info sites I find state 3-6 months. BOL must have received apps in April May June July etc mostly rejected from reports, but some would have received approval by now unless the process is longer than 65 days......

Revenue for the last 6 months of 2024/25 was 750k I hope we see that massively improved in the next update but I am not so sure especiallly the way the volume and the price has crashed continuously this year as well as poor BOD decisions in raises btc treasury and semnet.

Aim nice pivot, my argument was insider buys can take place during the MiCA process as highlighted by other plc's buys.

To change the sentiment and the volume, insider buys would be most welcome right now, i do not believe we get all the answers and good news in the interims......and at .6's you would hope the bod or other insiders see the value in that price. They could even RNS we believe our shareprice is undervalued and implement a buy back. Something to change this volume and sentiment is what im after. If its good enough for shayne tan at 2p surely it makes sense at .6 same as Tone Goh but i fear their buys are token buys because if they could see value like you all do, then surely they would be buyers at this price? if its so undervalued like everyone says it is...........

A couple of my friends sold out here yesterday. It really has been a painful year for holders and the BOD have been terrible imo.

I was never debating the interims BFD I know they are in a closed period. I am referencing that inside buys were made by all the publicly listed companies during their MiCA app process. And GST BOD could have bought shares during the process. They have a had a few months at these prices...... Where did you get me referencing interims from?

No Aim Im highlighting that insiders can buy or sell during the MiCA process wasn't just Robinhood insiders that bought sold during their mica app most of the big public firms did, so this nonsense about quiet times and that prevented the bod from buying is nonsense. Look at the other firms that have been approved and check their buying like I have ...... , the bod had months to buy at this level if they wished to and they didnt, speaks volumes to me for others maybe not.....

Look into the companies that have been approved for MiCA CASP and then check insider buys, heres one called Robinhood.....

No. The only time they would be restricted is if they were sitting on approval and they would need to let the market know immediately anyway.

Pending authorization they can buy at these low levels. I am amazed they have not stepped in but after all they know a lot more than we do.

If this was progressing how the rampers tell us it is then we would see volume and the price shifting up. The BOD could literally step in now and buy a million shares each a lousy 7k and maybe that might start shifting the sentiment. But they have to start doing something, apart from the same old buyers we have no new money here and worse a large investor base that has lost a lot of trust in this bod.... If this was all very close I am pretty sure we would have seen huge upside in volume and the price becoming aggressive.

No one seems to reckon that the next RNS could be bad news here. Especially things like revenue and cash in the bank. The last 3 companies approved in NOvemeber are Revolut Kucoin and Amina, Valued at 75 billion usd 1.4 billion USD and Amina just did a 245 million dollar raise, those are the types of companies that are being approved for MiCA casp right now, not little companies like GST. I think they will get much better clarity next year from its licenses there are too many big bioys waiting in the wings and well ahead of GST in this.
