Leew if they don't get MiCA thats the end of the EU for them and another pivot for us shareholders and then the focus goes back to 4 years ago and reconnecting in the UK, so they do really need approval on this. A rejection will hurt and many will sell imo, the only caveat is how the SP has gone and volume/sentiment it feels like a rejection has already been priced in or at least a very severe delay.

BFD it was 42 million in 2023 so was pretty pivotal at one point....Revs died last year but more than likely under Bake which is also under Lithuanian license.

Oh god yes I know they can approve or reject jesus.....By the laws Lithuania have set up with MiCA they need to add non compliant companies no later than the 15th December.

If companies want to continue past 1st Jan fully mica regulated they need to be approved by Monday in Lithunaia or they are not allowed to do biz after the 1st of Jan. According to LT rules

Only 2 regulators have added firms to the non compliant list, Italy and the Netherlands with MEXC amazingly! I still use them with no interruptions even though they are on the bad boy list. Earlier this year the recommendation was VASPs had to submit full MiCA authorization applications (including docs like capital proofs, AML setups, and governance plans) no later than June 1, 2025 (or May 31 in some interpretations) to keep operating legally. that all of a sudden changed to December end.

However, The EU sets up MiCA for all member states and then makes a big balls up of it by allowing nation states to choose its grandfathering times and un-uniform it all and give some states unfair advantages.

Now we are at the 12th December and you have firms in LT that have applied from FEB MAR APR MAY JUNE JULY with no clarity whatsoever. I remain firm that if a company that has applied prior to the so called deadline of June 1 May 31 and the BOL has not made a decision we are going to see an exemption for those firms that are waiting. Whether firms that applied after that date will get some form of exemption until rejection/ approval. Who knows

Binance app has been with BOL since February and will they publicly reject so they can’t apply anywhere else or will it be under the table so they can try elsewhere. Binance's app has been simmering with BoL since February—first full one they got, apparently.

The BOL would need to approve about 20 APPS in the next 3 weeks to to just deal with FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JUL apps and I just can’t see that happening so something is going to give here……

The signals we have so far is the SP keeps going down, volume and sentiment shows us strong sell technicals and a big big dumper yday and tbf big sales have been going on in low volume days since beginning of November.

By the mid part of this year they had 45 applicants in LT with the BOL, they hvae taken a considerable amount ofd time with the FEB MAR APR JUN JUL apps let alone after that. I found out RobinHood applied 3rd of February 2025 and 2 others applied with them, Binance is one of them imo who knows the third. I think the Article 143 (3) will stand as too many in LT have applied with no clarity as yet and I don't think they going to be able to give clarity to all by 1st Jan.

Still believe GST gets a yes or no on mica well into next year. Someone dumped this morning as well which is strange at these prices, but if this gets kicked into late Q1 Q2 for MiCA then this could go to .4 and that could be yum yum for many.

"By way of derogation from Articles 59 and 63, Member States may allow any entity that, on 30 December 2024, is authorised or registered in accordance with applicable law to provide crypto-asset services in that Member State, to continue to provide those crypto-asset services until 1 July 2026 or until the entity is granted or refused authorisation in accordance with Article 63, whichever is sooner."

I see that Companies can apply for MICA CASP now up to the end of December, when I initially thought was June or July 2025 deadline, and of course we have a lot applicants in the mix already. So would those companies that have already applied from this year and up to December end 2025 have to cease business operations from Jan 1st 2026 or would they be granted the EU exemption of Article 143 (3) up until its approval or rejection?
