Its Christmas month, Lithuania has just 1 MiCA CASP as of today and they have already stated you can put in your application byt he 31st December, what are they gonna do with those apps approve them in 24 hours or will they grandfather with the rest of the EU until July or a decision is made on the app?

Im expecting common sense to make a breakthrough here.....

Bank of Lithuania cannot give one example of an approval inside 4-6 months, in fact LT has proven to be strict and long.

Holland been known for its speed in approvals, and even the ones they approved that I looked at took 8 months. And only have MEXC on its non approved entity list.

Yes I agree about Binance I can see them getting rejected or drawn out. I just hope the BOL does announce approvals in 2025 I don't think GST is in that first batch pending approval but seeing applications succeed by the BOL, well it will be nice just to see approvals in 2025 from them.

You have over 400 VASPS in Lithuania and still no Lithuanian companies added to esma as non compliant entities, pretty sure we get that list first week of Jan. I would imagine the big boys applied around the same time as the RobinHood application and they still do not have clarity and they are far bigger than GST.

With the September application its looking at 9 months imo so June July next year and unlike you AIM I can tally months up.

Lol Ive been saying MiCA CASP 2026 since July. Rampers were telling me in September they must have applied because they were the rules from July 2025. I did try to tell Enki That MiCA casps wil be able to apply right up to the deadline of 31st December as long as the application is correct the VASPS will go into 2026 as normal until their app is accepted or denied. People went crazy with me over this and now here we are people accepting 2026.

Think of how many VASPS applied before GST in September, could easily be over 100 apps. I really do think GST get a MiCA CASP decision in June July 2026.

I just hope we get the interims before chrimbo.

Remortgaged my Mum and Step Dads house for that one and ended up all in and more, thankfully set us all up for life. I do like the saying from Buffet "When it's raining gold, reach for a bucket, not a thimble" So going all in depends on the info, always. Sad that I de-risked in this one but ultimately proven correct, hope the BOD can start doing much better here and start making us all money. This has been long!
