There would have ahd to be public consultation and, as you rightly say, a notice in the paper. The famous Pastor, the local Police, your journalist but most interestingly of all, the Mining Commission. For those reasons I would discount anything those sycophants write on here. Maybe they were fooled and deserve some sympathy? Where they attempted to hoodwink possible investors is unforgiveable. All my humble opinion of course.
