White Car doesn't seem to have a shareholding in the name of Esteq Ltd. Esteq Ltd doesn't have a director called Joseph Jayaraj. All according to Companies House. Kaintz does appear on the board of White Cars Ltd. I see no RNS since December 2017 updating matters regarding any sale of the White Car holding or the further �200,000 that was to be invested in White Car in February. As Bell is the only director of Esteq Ltd and it is wholly owned by RGM surely these things should be advised? Where is the �200,000?

It makes me wonder whether this could end up being a reincarnation of the Enterprise Inns situation. Balance sheet items being disposed of has an effect all round, especially if the valuations of the properties are disparate to those represented on the balance sheet. We know certain accounting practices could cause a problem in this respect! Catch 22.
