That is pretty much how the Rosa Beane v Mcoal litigation came about. Commissions unpaid. Is RGM on the hook for the substantial award? Stephen was taken in. Even backing up the suggestion that the Rosa licences were in place. They weren't. "The highwaller contractor is on site" according to RNS. He was, but his highwaller wasn't. It was purposefully made to be interpreted as if the machinery was there. Technically not a lie but certainly mendaciously misleading. If I was Stephen I would be embarrassed in the first instance and then incandescent for being had over. A bit like those ladies that fall for the internet love interest only to find it is some Nigerian scam. Why didn't the savvy locals want Rosa for next to nothing? Answer: Because they knew about the litigation, the local environmental and spiritual lobbies and that there was no chance of getting a permit to use a highwaller without a public consultation. This is exactly what I have questioned many times. Look at the Rosa debacle. If Andrew Bell makes a statement and you don't have the critical thinking skills to evaluate that statement then you are a candidate for putting your head in the Wasp Sack.

I think we all know what "remain confident" means when uttered by Andrew Bell. How about this for a way of spelling disaster in Bellspeak: "....which has understandably affected their ability to follow up with us expeditiously". This has the whiff of another due diligence failure when the word "dispute" is in the sentence preceding it! Is this dispute resolved? This is not clear in the RNS as the word "resolving" can be interpreted different ways. As usual.

How on earth is that good news for shareholders? All the special words are in there. The only "progress" is that there is a commitment to spend money and issue warrants. Notice the missing words? INCOME and RETURN.

When the original Rosa purchase was announced "Why doesn't anybody local with knowledge of coal mining want to buy it?" question was asked. That was answered at great expense to RGM shareholders. My analogy is that of the Pamplona bull running festival. It is always the foreigners that get injured, never the locals. Would you put your head in a sack of wasps?
