I have read that report and boy, it is hard not to imagine a similar local scenario explaining (or not, as the case may be) the waterfall charts for this and RGM.
Applying that logic why aren't all shares that drop in the morning zero by the end of the day? Face it Helpful, you've been had over. You are definitely not the first but, with any luck, nearly the last.
Talk of getting rid of the BoD is pointless. The only reason the company(ies) exist is as a gravy train. The shareholdings are structured to make sure they stay. Lifestyle, nothing more, nothing less. I am of the opinion that they would have a Musk style issue were they in the US.
That cannot be right booboo. Stephen has bought a shedload more and he is really clever. Isn't he? Wasn't Rosa just an unfortunate aberration in the divine scheme? Surely there must be loads of money swilling around so that there would be no need for the Gravy Train Driver to put his arm around Stephens shoulder and explain the necessity for working capital, other expenses and, of course, the humongous salaries? Dilute Stephen to oblivion? Never Booboo! Ooooh look mum, a highwaller; and license to use it. (Boy gets slap).
Obviously somebody thinks they are so much cleverer than Daniel Sklan. He poo-pooed all the truths but finally saw the light. I'd love to have that much money that I could afford to give it to a sesquipedalian as "charity". Can anybody clarify if "a view towards achieving a liquidity event for its investors" is the same as make a profit and actually pass it on to shareholders instead of keeping it?
The poor buyer of 6k worth of shares this morning is already sitting on a paper loss of about 20%. The absolute case for proper research if ever there was one
Says it all. The word "profit" is somehow not deemed important in amongst the numbers. How much proit has been made to date? The complete absence of this indicates a fat none or precious little IMHO. How much can RGM shareholders expect to get back in dividends do we think? History would suggest any money that does come in will be squandered on ridiculous salaries, daft unrealistic projects and good old "other expenses"....
That was, to be fair, a predictable outcome given the history and MO of the management. AB would have done the maths when you had 13% and made sure you were not in a position to derail the gravy train. For those that don't look at the history of this company your loss is an abject lesson. Good luck.
I doubt anybody that managed to get out without losing their shirt would be foolish enough to buy back in to maintain somebody elses lifestyle. This company doesn't get past the first 2 of Tom Winnifriths "49 red flags". 1. Profits to cash conversion is poor. 2. Proven to have told even a small lie.
