If they had waited a day they could have saved themselves an amazing amount of money. Now 30% down on paper for that purchase.

If he was at the AGM he wouldn't have needed to ask the question. Why not just answer the perfectly civil question? Are we to assume that the answers are are not forthcoming because they are cringeingly embarrassing for the sycophants? Bell is still in control. He will also still be receiving a salary and "consultancy fees". The putsch failed miserably.

You missed off the word "personal" with regard to the venture.

My fear is that the only way this company willl survive is to raise a lot of money. Everybody knows there is not income enough to cover costs on a day-to-day basis. The current major shareholders must be staring into the abyss. Poison chalice for any genuine CEO. I suspect it will be one of the usual gang of diluting self serving tykes doing the rounds on AIM. I will not be putting any money in until after the next fundraise and Bell is off the board.

Salaries and "expenses"? No problem finding the cash for those. When will the dimwit "high net worth" individuals realise this may well be, in my opinion, a Ponzi style scheme? Rolling over the debt for high return. Ring A Bell does it?

The intelligent can work out the difference between last years and this years shares in issue. Of course, the RRR holding (AB voting) has been diluted too. Approximate numbers: 578,795,064 before AGM last year, 818,811,082 this. Will there really be a coup? Doubt it though with the %12 being enjoyed by the inner sanctum.
