"The highwaller contractor is on site". Somebody at the time pointed out that this was designed to mislead. The contractor being a person, not the machinery!
Bonkers. There is still a way to go down and there isn't any point where this share would be considered value. History and Maths are the keys here. When has any ordinary shareholder ever received a payment of official dividends in all these years? Where has the money all gone? Where are the coal figures?
If it is then the discount to the VWAP for the inevitable placing is going to be enormous. If not forward selling then that must be a big old loss somebody took on that dump. It is an all time low just now. The apologists for the BoD must be starting to wonder if they haven't been Rosa'd right up.
It will be interesting to see how Stephen et al try to paint this dogs breakfast as a Michelin starred dinner. The horror of opening the carton of cigarettes you bought from a stranger at a motorway service station to find it is a lump of balsa wood cleverly wrapped.
The only reason, as far as I understand it, that RGM is still a going concern is because they have raised money successfully in the past. Who would invest in that madness?
Well, we will not see them posting over the Christmas hols. Not with that much money to ridiculously squander. They will be largeing it up in hotter climes. The RGM dividends every year need to be spent somehow; what with them being clever investors and all that.
It is obvious that were there any good news it would have been shouted from the rooftops during the day by now. It is my opinion that there are going to be some dreadful revelations in the accounts. I wouldn't be surprised if the ultra-carefully scripted promises prove to be a whole load of "Rosa".
"The latest venture with Legacy Hill is proving to be a real success". Almost written by the arch wordsmith himself. Success meaning? Let's have a poll. a) Profits, b) Profits or c) Profits. To shareholders other than the BoD I mean.
Will this involve travel and directorships do we think? The option price of 25k or shares at a massive premium has not given the seller a very good deal so far. Unless it is another dud project from the off of course.
Really? The only news will relate to dilution IMHO. Look at the naughty RRR disclosure of a new venture without telling shareholders via RNS at the time. What are we expecting here? I'll wager there will be more confetti issuance in whatever way you want to dress it soon.
