All I will say is that what you have expounded as reasons to invest here are flawed IMHO. No shareholder will ever see a return. Have they ever? The true and living god most high has heard the promises many times before. Ask yourself why big holders got diluted and Bell only bought in when he realised the numbers didn't stack up for the AGM? The cross holdings with the RGM gravy train for Bell are the big clue as to what this company is about. You will not get the BoD out. They have made sure that can't happen. It is a lifestyle company.

Why bother doing a denouement of the numbers when shareholders will get FA. This is a lifestyle company and one day this sort of confidence trick will be outlawed. If death spiral financing was not allowed these two mumblers would be data input clerks at best.

I am sure a newbie would read that, the RNS's, the accounts and research the background of the BoD. I would suggest they look at the information flow and quality too. The risk/reward ratio would then be assessed. Nobody would be so dim as to rely on PR, Twitter and non-RNS company statements alone. Would they?

That is seriously hard work deciphering that sharetalk mess. Elephant Oil? All the other failures? Not a question or a mention of the twitter hinted share buyback. Some of the biggest whopping lies were the misleading statements regarding the licences/permits. Was there a license to use a highwaller Kabaa? Were we told the licences were all in place? Could a highwaller ever have been used legally at Rosa? Yet we were shown videos of said piece of equipment testing "before going on site". Poor old Stephen was convinced and wildly supported the mendacious notion. He's one of your gang so go easy on the personal insults!

You are right in that sense okenia but the only good deal at Rosa requires it to be mined successfully. What do we know so far? A permit for a highwaller would require public consultation. There is sacred Native land involved and a pressure group of sorts so good luck with that. There would seem to be ongoing legal action or a determination regarding commissions due. The big one IMHO is that after MCoal couldn't make a go of it nobody else with real coal experience and knowledge wanted this absolute bargain. Why not?

I can see the logic in your argument however, there are a couple of contradictions. To have that negotiation trump card must mean RRR knew all along about the lies and compounded these in RNS statements. This is reinforced by the supposed DD which amazingly missed salient and obvious points like ongoing legal action and a lack of and unlikely future permission for the highwaller. The Nomad would have to rely on the "facts" as supplied. They do not do investigation and AB would have signed them off first. They are also paid by the company. There is a statutory obligation for statements in an RNS to be truthful but, as we all know, that is often lip service on AIM. I prefer the pocket lining narcissist argument. It fits the facts as they inevitably unfold.

What you should have screenshot was your lying about the permissions regarding a highwaller at Rosa. You are as credible as the other liars involved in this company. You can throw your money away however you wish but that doesn't allow you to patronise anybody. You have no idea how much money anybody else has.

Is it not all about Bell having a seat on the board? He must know (by law) what is going on at Steelmin and is also obliged to advise the markets of information that could materially affect the SP of RRR. I think silence is rather damning for holders here. Here is my logic: If he knows Steelmin will repay/contribute as RNSed then he would shout it from the rooftops. If he knows they are going to default he would keep schtum. Given he MUST know either way and also know about the longer term at Steelmin somebody is not adhering to the rules.

You cannot do it on Spreadex. I tried. No loan shares available etc yadda, yadda.

If only there were a way to short this and RGM! I have tried everything. Traditional methods, CFD's, all no.
