If I was the holder of the 21,315,971 warrants exercisable at 0.66 pence I would have waited until today too. The chance, small, that an RNS would have dropped this morning announcing the Steelmin payment would have lifted the SP slightly. Either way, I would be exercising today as there is only one way this is going without that glimmer of good news before further dilution. It is, after all, the only logical course of action.

What will happen to the share price if Steelmin don't pay? I suspect it will take a hit. There will be a desperate need for fundraising which sort of explains the pitiful attempts to get the VWAP up. The next fundraise will be discounted by how much? My opinion is that Steelmin will not pay because it actually suits them and the SP will hit .7 by Friday with inevitable "pleased to announce" at that price or below.

The FT will pick that up for sure and need to credit the author. The ramping is now embarrassingly desperate. Monty Pythons Verrifast Plaine Company Ltd is what you are making this look like. That doesn't give a fair indication of the consolidations. Taking those into account would mean a �10,000 investment in the early days would be worth less than �30 today. How much has the BoD had away in that time?

Forget the research and the BoD histories. They are fine upstanding chaps that always have shareholders interests at heart and would never, ever malevolently deceive them. The deals done in the past have all been fantastic but simply misunderstood. The issuing of shares and warrants has not been at all dilutive. The BoD are actually underpaid and deserve bonuses for the value they have generated and will obviously generate imminently. We must take on board the valuable and salutary lessons the latest band of rampers are kindly giving us naiive fools. How could we be so stupid?

Financial reward for shareholders is just past the next dilution. It is like going from the free to the paid version. The upgrade solves the difficulty. I was chatting to the CEO of a very successful AIM listed co the other day and he said that a pumping campaign is very expensive. Given the Align puff actually has the disclaimer that they have shares and aren't impartial you have to wonder if this was actually paid for by the company. It certainly has the whiff of in-house merde. It is reassuring that nobody with more than half a brain cell falls for it. Rinse and repeat in this lifestyle company. Elephant Oil? Explain.

You have absolutely hit the nail clean on the head. The cost of dilution to repay the loans far outweighs the loss of shareholding in the business to Steelmin. That without taking into account that the other lenders would wish to be paid at at least the same rate as RRR. Loosen your belts ready for the inevitable.

The signals I am interpreting are that Steelmin will not repay and Bell well knows it. Hence the usual wooliness in the sematic olympics that are the RNS.I wonder if there will be an after hours RNS on Friday?

Why would you gamble that sort of money in this nest of vipers? Equally high risk strategies are available elsewhere but without the subterfuge, the smoke and the mirrors. In a funny way I hope you hang on to your money. Personally I think you will lose a lot over time just like many savants before you. IMO this is a lifestyle company for the directors, not shareholders of any size.

A hope that the Bod are competent enough to get a stroke of luck in 1 out of 20 decisions is not a criteria I would use for investment.
