The most trustworthy and reliable management that dedicate their full time for just reward? A BoD that understand the basic premise of returns to shareholders? No Stephen. You chose the most obvious lifestyle company with part time directors on what to anybody else would be full time salaries. A proven track record of failure and where shareholders have lost ~98% of their investment over the last 5 years with the vehicle for more dilution in place from the AGM. What's not to like?

To suggest that the legal issues surrounding MCoal and the commissions due was not available at the time RGM should have done DD is laughable. To suggest that the asset is more valuable because it is in distress and going cheap is equally risible. The question was asked at the outset. Why doesn't anybody local that knows about coal want it? There isn't an exclusive on buying the distressed item. That is what SM did and found a mug in RGMs shareholders to get his gamble paid off. The boat sailed with SM at the helm. Write it off as yet another dismal failure. The displacement of blame is also disgraceful. Sycophant Stephen Pearce even stated the mine was "Cash positive" at one point. How did you come by that statement of fact Stephen? How much is this going to cost? Certainly not free is all we know but no mention in the RNS. How much is it worth to shareholders? Don't bother, we know it is 0. How much is it worth in kickbacks and consultancy fees? Either way, anybody that thinks the outcome is going to be any different to previous Bell "deals" is seriously deluded IMO.
