Thanks for posting pophead.
Seems there's beem huge progress on the ground. However, the court case has been critical. I think once the DOS was approved (I say 'was' as thinking this is now done an sewn up), it paved the way for everything else. The DOS would've only been approved on the back of evidence. What evidence? Probably a combination, including loan (once Dope was off the board), data, sales etc. information we are not as yet privy to. But is clear we have needed a huge amount of political support to get through this (in whatever form that's come e.g. Georgia gov, corporate weight BP, BH etc.).
What do FRR do from here? Do they fight the court case still?
If they have the evidence to prove their case (through Discovery), then yes: if they don't, then they could continue on the basis that they have nothing to lose and that Dope doesn't know what FRR have up their sleeve.
At this point, if I were Dope, I'd settle out of court.
As regards YJ, not sure why folks keep asking for them. They are only a PR company and not usually privy to sensitive details, and certainly have no authority to release news/info ahead of either an RNS and/ or FRR's say-so.
Am confident we will relist and with our assets, more or less intact.
Good luck to all the genuine folks!
