Gipps, we don't know, fair comment. But Hope is only entitled to what he's entitled to. When the crunch comes and if we happen to ensure up against it still, then he can have what he's entitled to - and that's his $20million loan.

In the end, this was perhaps the only route they had for the sake of the future of the company - find a way to remove Hope and then secure the loan and pay him off. Once the money is available, Hope can be paid off in a worst case scenario.

Said before, Hope was a malignant presence on the board. Paying the $2million would've kept Hopein place, to the detriment of the company and any LTH. Now imagine we had achieved signficant progress with the wells, and could've secured a loan to pay off the entirety of the $20million, do we think Hope would've agreed to this? Or do we think he would've attempted to veto (exactly as he has)?

ZM and SN trying to make a stand is not about egos. Hope's presence on the board was deleterious to the company and it's shareholders, both in terms of his intent and in terms of his presence being a toxic disruption.

Regarding 1, 2 or 3 of the list of possible preconditions, No.3 is the most logical and obvious. Generally speaking, if you're asking for money, you're what for (meaning that you got to explain what the money is being spent on/what's intended for, which usually in turn requires a breakdown/budget). Certain that the Zim government government would've interrogated the budget carefully making sure all of it makes sense. In the end, that cash injection is designed to have material impact, create jobs, support local businesses as a by-product/local economy, taxes and royalties.

The first two, I imagine, are not that important in the schemeof things (though site visits were discussed but not as a precondition - and that was made clear).

steward, I respect you. You are perhaps the most balanced poster on this BB. I am not oppsoed to negatives. There are and have been plenty here. But when you take into account posting history, it provides context and avidence into the motivations of posters. Yes, I tend towards the positive - i guess that's my nature - but I have been critical in the past. I am aware of the issues and they need dealing with. However, that is different to continually bashing a stock with negative posts..That is plain to see (indeed, you have also drawn attention to this in the past).

Is one thing to attack the management of the company. Is quite another looking for every negative possible that could have a bearing on PREM, for example, this story about the US and Lithium. If ever there was a disiengenious poster (i.e. Moljen)

The sells will dry up. Looking at the low dips into the 6.60p range, being shortlived, and then slowly back to 6.90 / 6.95p, most of the buying and selling was done in the 6.70p to 6.80p range, meaning not a lot to be made short term trading this over a couple or three days. There are also a few people that probably hoped the JDA would have landed by now but have to sell regardless as they need the cash (been there myself many times). So am confident if we stay in this range, even without news (though in the knowledge that news is on the horizon), we wll see these sells dry up and the SP tick up very quickly.

You're not misisng anything tedoby. Folks are poking away at this continually. But is useful. Will help to tighten project planning, manangement and general oversight, suring up where there are possible issues.

Sense we have some further big news on the very near horizon.

Now imagine, RHA $6million and CIRCUM in quick succession, then followed by ZULU EPO, in the knowledge that CIRCUM has paved the way to undertake the work to DFS there but now looking at a dwarfing what we initially had and making most other lithium projects look tiny in comparison

Market could see a serious turnaround here.

Worst case scenario is we pay em off. With Hope off the board, we arrange new loan and pay that $20 million and get rid.

Regarding why Judge Seeborg seemed not to acknowledge the direction in which Kawaley was headed by the end, as in we had a reasonable chance of success on appeal, if it mattered to FRR that this should bear out at this stage, then am suprised that the FRR legal team had not ensured that this was evident from the moment the Cali judge started reading the Response. If it was a failure of the FRR legal team, then am not just surprised, am schocked. The other conclusions / interpetations might be that a) we intended the current outcome for whatever reason and b) that the Judge was incompetent.

If it was failure on the part of the FRR Legal Team, then the one positive that should come out of this is that they will be forced to be shareper by the time of the Cali hearing before a Jury.
