I was one of tamongst the few or many that felt there was serious credibility in the idea that YA must've been working more widely to bring down FRR and that there being let off lightly' when they were caught maked shorting - and they were caught - pointed to their possiblity having something on Hope/ OMF. However, in the time that's elapsed, we've seen no evidence of this and had said so, as a few others had too. So far, there had been absolutely nothing. With our backs to the wall, why wouldn't we share it when we needed it - seemongly having needed it on so many occasions?!

Am now back to thinking perhaps YA had been working with Shorters and Hope/ OMF. If there is an easy target, like FRR, we could imagine with some degree of certainty, there would be partiers and networks coordinating to maximise their attack on the respective stock. It is possible that YA had been working with all of them, that YA been caught already but that FRR are waiting to disclose at the right time (just that they trajectory of the trial hasn't gone wholly to plan for FRR, hence having to burn energy fighting sanctions).

Novice, I get your frustration. Was Circum worth it? Doesn't feel like it right now. And GR was even intending to go after more. I was opposed then and said so. But it is what it is. We can't turn back that clock, though the sense of injustice is strong here and on other issues. But Circum remains a genuine proposition, the letter to shareholders real and tangible to me. We just need to hold firm a bit longer.

And while I know it's been painful, there's too many personal attacks here. No need for it. Let's keep the focus on the company and its activities.

There is genuine progress at Cirucm. By year end, there will be a conclusion of some sort. It is worth waiting for as we will realise a better value for it, sufficient to probably take us to Zulu DFS, enabling us to keep it all. For where we are right now, at this marketc cap, it makes sense.

And technicals saying 'SELL' haven't prevented heavy buying yesterday and continued good buyng today. Neither will technicals show us when the news will arrive or what price we will achieve on news. I get the SP shoite ad has been for yonks. But think that RHA News is not too far away.

Have to disagree Futureisbright. Strong buying at these levels, close to new rock bottom levels, and then with news on the horizon.

We have an initial tick up with more to come. Yesterday's drop was overcooked but did folk a chance to get some at bargain basement prices (how often we heard that here though). Also, was great sign to see the appetite for the stock.

Elmwood, your frustration is justified. Am frustrated too. But it is what it is and am not too worried over yesterday's news (which wasn't bad and which should've been expected). I'm sure it;s given quite a few people the chance to buy in or add.

Elmwood, don't thnk it's a case of having it two ways. It's true GR isn't on the board - and so will be privy to all the details that are known internally at Circum; but that he will STILL know more than we do (and I have no expectation that he should tell us as he may be bound under agreement). But I think the Circum letter to shareholders is a genuine reponse and strongly signals progress. In that latter context, I think the current drop has been overcooked.

As for confidence in that RHA $6million, while some interesting issues/ 'conundrums' were raised, don't see those as being material. In the end, it was already in Zim news prior to the signed agreement that the Government would be supporting RHA with funding and the agreement is signed. Is just a matter of waiting till we have it. GR seemed comfortable about it happening and soon (even with the other issues raised). Remembering that Zim needs these projects for the jobs and to drive the economy and we have a very supportive minster for minerals and mines.

From these levels, we still have a hell of a lot going for us.

I would count Circum as something that might happen but not worth bringing into our thinking at the stage (although the Cirucm letter was for me reassuring in that they are working on it). Clearly GR will know a bit more about where things are but he is not allowed to say.

We need to focus on getting that RHA $6million (which has been signed for, legal binding etc.) and on selling our ARCM stake. From previous discussions (incl. when Smile was here), there was a general understanding that they would be the key things to focus on and drive forward (that and the issue of no more purchases and dilution).

We hit new lows through news that a) wasn't bad and b) was expected. Signicant buying since. Won't take much to double from these levels, and if we're talking of $6million in the bank, then looking 0.3p+ (that c. x 400%)

We may be a bit stuck with Circum. Is possible that we explored selling Circum stake but found it difficult to do at this stage. Again, if Circum have been genuine with GR and PREM and to their wider shareholder base (I've read the Circum letter to shareholders), and there is real possibility regarding some progress the year, then I do believe it'd be worth waiting for. As news becomes more concrete, then we may be better able to sell our stake prior to Cicum concluding outright whatever process (i.e. sale, development via debt and equity or even IPO), since enhanced confidence will help a potential buyer feel more confident. It's worth adding, Circum are likely under pressure from the Ethiopian Government to get this moving.

In the scheme of things, with the RHA $6million round the corner and a real poissibility of selling our ARCM stake (to progress Zulu), it is worth the wait on Circum (even if that wait isn't by design).

Agreed it wasn't actually bad news, if anything it perhaps should've been expected. Circum is going to take however long it takes (if Cirucm BoD have been genuine with PREM and there could be something this year, it'd be worth waiting for -- after all, we been here long enough and the benefit to PREM is significant).

My main focus is on getting that $6million in and getting RHA up and running. We have a plan for that and I believe it to be genuine.

Also, we need to sell our ARCM holding and use the money to get Zulu going. In due course, whatever profit from RHA can be used to support the development of Zulul, too.

No buying further assets. No further dilution.

This sort of news on Circum should've been expected to be honest, and some if not most did. Did mention it myself on the odd occasion recently but not with any real conviction. It was a long range possibility and from today's news can only see that as remaining so.

So now it's out the way, what next?

We got to hear about the RHA $6million, signed and approved, legally binding, just matter of time before it sits in our account.

Think we need to take a look at our ARCM holding too. Sell that and use it to fund work at Zulu.

Other than that, fairly decent buying today on the drop, so there's still healthy appetite out there.

Arsenal, I'm with you. They seem clearly linked but then this judge hasn't seen any merit to the case against hope in respect of FRR defaulting, attached to which is the issue of liquidation.
From the outset, as we've seen it and understood it, there were two cases and that they were linked (we wouldn't default if Hope hadn't blocked the loans). Think the general view subsequently, at least amongst some of us, has been that the two cases weren't being more concretely linked when perhaps they ought to have been. Nit of our failure to press home the argument to the judge has been because he's never seen tell link (maybe even due to his own biases) or because we never argued it well enough.
