Hanno his self has said the project when live is expected to generate $250million to $300million annual revenue and generate $1.1billion to $1.4billion taxes and royalties over the 25 year currently proposed life time of the project.

These are monster numbers, uttered by Hanno in the past, and gives some godo indication as to why GE and CMEC are here (not to mention that GE get to install/sell their equipment, tech, infrastructure and expertise to the project).

Scalable from 300MW to 600MW, all the way up to potentially 1800MW,

And, as things stand, NCCL are keeping 40% (with our end of the debt financing to be led by the likes of the Africa Finance Corporation, who specialise in funding Africa-based infrastructure projects - includng and expecially, power - and who just happen to be our largest shareholder, holding near 18% of the stock).

...not to mention that our biggest shareholder is the Africa Finance Corporation - (AFC) - who hold 19% of our stock.

...getting the money sorted will be comparatively easy for us compared to the AIM companies (and is perhaps why we are 'fighting' to keep 40%)

Is very possible Jeremiah that Judge on hols. Have seen this with previous judges and hearing timings. Guess we wait to see.

Is interesting that there's then a number of days in August where the judge is unavailable. Are these dates set aside for respective court cases, including Frontera's??

Folks asking for clarity from YJ. Two things

1. YJ are only a PR firm and do not have a huge amount more information than us (certainly no sensitive stuff)

2. YJ do not have authority to release important information to the market without prior permission from FRR (if at all they had any). They are a PR firm. Not a NOMAD or key partner such as BH, BP etc

Further, with the August court case looming, why do folks expect any kind of news?

Not ideal but am accepting there's good reason for the silence. Once this court case is over (and they have reached 'safe distance' - give them two or three weeks unless complications arising), then I will be expecting comms from the company.

Like what you say Gipps. Think something about navigating the court case successfully would've been a critical objective, with the desire following which/ in the process of, seeing Hope off board and shorters screwed. Bordering in semantics from me, I know, but there was a default being called and while linked to Hope being off the board, not completely the same.

That all said, it looks like is all coming together!

While some derisk, others like Scott Fletcher, who owns 6%, has been adding. Worth bearing in mind.

Not easy to do but we have to try to disentangle our worries from our assessment of the situation based on the availability facts, however scant those facts nay be. We have a right to be worried but these worries are not necessarily a 'true' measure if where we are.

What I understand is that we have had two judges look at this and while success has been chequered, we have come out of this with DOS. Since then, it seems that DOS remains accepted as there appear no obvious challenges or clear withdrawals or appeals.

Then we have an August court case. With this case in mind, I can see why there remains little to no comms.

Everything else is just noise.

...the silence is deafening and difficult. But remain of the view that it makes sense in the context of what is going on. Have said all along and will continue to say this, we will hear when they are ready to say something. Not at all perfect, leaving many to fear the worst. But still don't believe the silence is a pointer to the extent of the weakness/strength of FRRs situation.

The vast majority of the period over which there has been silence, it has been very tense and sensitive, and it makes every bit of sense to me that in that time there has been little to no comms. Given that it seems the case is ongoing, even with DOS seemingly in place, I can see why the company might choose to remain silent for the time being. You could imagine the position being that once this is resolved, then FRR come out to let us know what is happening. With the possibility of an OoCS, you could imagine that happen any time, except that the 'could happen any time' drags on because an OoCS hasn't been easy engineer.

I remain of the view that we PIs will come out of this OK. But right now, FRR has to focus on the immediate issues and threats they are facing. That has to come first and I have come to accept this. This has, for me, helped contextualise what's going on, including the silence. If it doesn't come good, then it is something I will have to come to live with. I know will be difficult for some as the amounts on the table will be quite large.

Clearly the aim of some disrupters here is to pressure the company. I can see that most of us see through it.

As always, let the company get on with what it needs to do for the timebeing (have to add, I am skeptical of folks who recommend pestering FRR when they haven't pulled fully clear of the mess yet).

We ain't going to hear anything until they're ready. They have the court case and they have operations on the ground. That's quite a bit for a small outfit like FRR. They'll be in no rush to get back to us just yet. Too much on their plate and likely still too sensitive. But am confident we will hear and that we will relist.

stevebru, it'll be OK. I'm with Lloyds and have spoken to them. They have said they are getting share certificates through from the previous registrar. Once they get them, the shares will appear in our respective accounts again. We are due to get formal notification of some kind, next week I believe.

Free float already small. Shareholder list showing huge number of shares in strong committed hands; add more shares held with individuals who have signficant holdings, not listed (we know who some of them are!); most sells now going to stickier handsar; market size strangling significant buying as shares in short supply; no delay RNS meaning none likely; JDA absolutely imminent.

When it does land, try buying in any size...

Why the down in the dumps?

Has DOS not come through or something else? As far as I was concerned, no news right now was a positive in that we hadn't either heard that the move to DOS has not been accepted.

Don't agree Fibber. The shareholder reps (if you mean the key representative members of the FSHG) may have learned something from their own research but I don't believe for a second they've been told something that would result in them being bound by an NDA. Those key members have been posting a lot less for some time now, regardless of more recent court, legal and corporate proceedings, silence etc.

There are others who seem to know something, including Gipps, or even Zibs etc you can perhaps ask them what they know or how they have come to find out.
