Been waiting for a signal to add some more. The combination of ever improving market fundamentals (LME stocks decreasing, demand rising, projections looking positive, and nickel spot price improving) and this appointment was it for me.

Don't post much here but have always been watch. Respect to LTHs who've held out. With the last set of drill results remaining to be added, we must surely be heading toward a reasonable value apprecation for long suffering holders here. A monster project with great economics in the context of a strong market for niclet in particular. Good luck to all the genuine folks.

Keep saying that YJ are a PR firm. Just like with us, they won't be told anything until FRR are ready (FRR are not obligated to keep YJ informed about anything amd neither do I expect to be informed about anything sensitive until time is ready, pretty much, for wider release of info. In other words, they will know when we are all meant to know).

In my personal experience, never more than here has the notion of 'noise' - in the sense been taling about - been so apparent. There will be stuff coming out potentially weekly, if not daily, pulling us in different directions. That's why it's been useful stripping down what is going on to what really matters.

What matters right now is that we secure Block 12. If Block 12 is '...flowing very good oil and gas at very good rates', then it means we have the means, just a matter of time to move what we need into position, be it the loan, the farm-out, the JV etc. Is possible that there are a number of things we need to align, but that alignment is getting ever closer and is why, am guessing (as others have), that we have trying to buy for time (including those personal guarantees, attempts to transfer Block 12, and whatever else).

If we have the money or can show we are solvent, this is settled, Block 12 safe. Is as simple as that, when stripped down.

Could imagine if they're buying time with certain very critical parties (critical at this juncture) by only releasing information if they have to or very slowly, then what likelihood these 'updates' some folks keep asking for?!

Jester, whay kind of update can they give right now? With everything so finely balanced, what are they able to tell us without underminng their own position by potentially giving something away? And if it isn't anything sensitive, then what value? (i.e. they tell us 'hang in there' etc.)

Bezzy, I know we were struggling to link the two, default with fiduciary duties. Shame.

We need to pay them off and then sue/ screw for every penny.

But can liquidators gain control and liquidate while ADR is happening?

Jester, yes, we took em to court but this was in the back of the supposed default, a default they're still trying to force through (except would've thought that has to be paused if there is a formal ADR process in effect).

Yes, thanks Bezzy, so nearer 4 months (am taking as the maximum time that can be alloted to the ADR process).

This is all great news. Even if it does take as much as the maximum three months, is not that long in the scheme of things and means we safeguarded for now.

Looking at this alone, if ADR route isn't followed, then the process kooks desperately arduous for all parties. Cannot see how they don't try genuinely for the ADR/ OoCS route.
