I take Hope going as good. Can't interfere (although that was stopped a bit ago) but it also ends the facade of his being there for anything other than his own interests, meaning that it'd become completely untenable that he should remain (even if in name only) a director given emerging evidence of his duplicity and self interest i.e. may as well resign and go all out to liquidate the company.

His latter moves completes the narrative around his self interest - meaning that the whole story and case against Hope comes together. The story was likely clear before attempts to liquidate FRR and so am guessing is why they moved to liquidate. But trying to do that, in my view, then makes the case against him irrefutable. Just need the TRO (and would be shocked if it were not granted) and we're off to the races ;-)

Thanks for that NaPoM. Agree there should be no doubt that that money is coming. I'm confident it is.

Hope's defence coming in ahead of our response would always have us PIs thinking Hope was in the driving seat. So there is an issue of making adequate allowance for that, otherwise our analysis and interpetation will always have us catch-up and seemingly up against it.

Personally, always felt we had strong enough evidence following Dec Affidavit. By now, evidence against Hope is stacked. His most recent moves leave no doubt where he is coming from. As Hope has become increasingly desperate, moving to liquidate and resigning from the board to help him do that.

We can start afresh in Cali, setting out the case and narrative against Hope. Hope can try to wriggle but the judge will have at his disposal all of the evidence, old an new, presented in a sequence and logic. It will be clear that Hope hasn't been open and clear about Caymans. And in due course will be clear to everyone why.

AJamesW, that sounds bang on to me.

Would struggle to see how a TRO would not be granted. Have said before, granting the TRO, in a sense, costs no one anything. However, not granting the TRO has potentially disastrous conseqnuences and in due course - which would be within reasonable time (as in the course of a court process) - could be seen (and would most likely be seens) as not having served in the interests of justice (with all that that entails).

On a related atter, our default on the $2million loan interest has everything to do with Hope and failure in terms of his fiduciary duties. If he had lived up to his duties, we would be able to pay the interest. But he was always out to screw us so always going to block it. Those failures are compounded by his more recent actions. It is now quite blatantly clear that he is out to serve his own interests. His resigning from the board is great to see, is too late and smacks of desperation.

I'm encouraged by what I am reading and am appreciative of the good work many on this BB are putting in!

...these levels are a crazy gift. Money in the bank soon ($million), and further news on a number of fronts in short order I suspect. Zulu EPO, Circum (must be nearing a news event situation), drilling update at Zulu, commencement of work at RHA (remembering performance related bonus based on first shipment within 100 days of receipt of the $6million (that's pretty quick!).

There had been reasonable discussion on these BBs that RHA News would likely be in two parts: a) an 'interim' RNS saying agreement signed, and b) second subsequent RNS saying that the money had arrived.

I'd accepted that that was accepted.

Again, good news today. No doubt in my mind we will hear about that $6million arriving into the account very soon.

It's coming. That simple.

Not long till RHA monies in the bank and then expecting first shipment within 100 days of receipt of the monies (based upon 'perfornance related adjustment.'). Not long at all. In the meantime, we also have Zulu EPO and Circum news. So a glut of news in the near term (remembering work at Zulu has already recommenced following recent fundraising, so perhaps some news on progress there too)

Moneytolose, the rest of the loan account is recovered by PREM from the profits at RHA. Those profits we have at PREM's disposal. We have tailings at RHA that will begin the work of getting things going there, too.

This is just the beginning. We're shaking off a few traders and will continue to grow and build into news of comfirmation that RHA Funding is in the bank. In the meantime, we have Zulu EPO and Circum news to look forward to, as well as work ongoing at Zulu and RHA.

We are in a much improved place and is only going to get better from here.

Enough time had elapsed in waiting for RHA, that we've been edging nearer and nearer to other key news events (not tomention the confirmation RHA money is in the bank).

Agree to we need a good SP before we take a look at anything else. Up around 0.4p sounds good to me.
