Regarding in principle agreement on tariff, worth listening to the podcast. Very helpful. Helps us to understand there's a distinction to be made between tariff actually being approved in principle and its notification to the market. Market not being notified doesn't mean it's not been agreed in principle. If folks listen to the podcast carefully, should come away understanding that it's been approved in principle by EDM/ the authorities. Have provided transcript of the relevant parts (see further below). And true, JDA could land withoutnecessarily being notified of tariff if that happened, a lot of folk will be caught out. Extremely confident here. OlderAndWiser, there's nothing to interpret, Hanno said it lol But I'll add two things; 1. They are trying for some reason to keep a lid on it until after the workshop since, after others have explained, GE and CMEC wanted to be present at the meeting with EDM etc 2. It's a shareholder loan, which has been restructured a number of times, a loan provided by our shareholders, who between em own must be 25% of our shares. So its restructuring is a cinch.

If folks read RNS carefully, you'll notice nowhere does it say the Tariff''s yet to be approved. Later, from Chairman's comments "...The next critical step is to successfully complete the Workshop in August 2018, receive the necessary support from EDM and MIREME to finalise the JDA and agree the updated schedule for the key milestones leading up to FC and commissioning." "...receive the necessary support from EDM and MIREME..." No direct mention that this support is regards to tariff. If we look to the number of things listed to be discussed at the workshop, it goes way beyond just the tariff. This is about moving to wrap things up. From earlier in the RNS; "EDM has requested a detailed workshop session (the "Workshop") with the Company and its potential strategic partners to work through the updated tariff proposal and agree critical next steps following receipt of the Proposal and initial meetings held in July 2018." Specifically, "...to work through the updated tariff proposal and agree critical next steps..." For me, tariff is no longer a concern - it's in the bag and they've moved on to 'agree the critical next steps.' The podcast has helped big time. Good to the genuine folk :D

Basically, he's just told us the tariff''s agreed, whether intentional or not :-)) When the market comes round to this :-))

The recent fund raise was to cover costs to June 2019. We'll have plenty enough to cover us through JDA and even to first capital drawdown. Nearly entire year/12 months left worth of monies. No issue in this regard.

This wasn't no normal delay. Something's moving certain things very quickly behind the scenes. Doesn't feel like a 'simple' JDA situation. Going to have a proper listen to the podcast later. Good luck all!

If we look at what they have on the workshop programme scheduled for early August, seems more like they will be fast-tracking the entire process (including PPA and FC). They are going to be talking through what happens not only with tariff in principle approval but what happens thereafter

Seems extremely sensible approach, all parties finally together at the table, talking it through, cementing the prgramme/project.

The RNS gave away plenty, where folks were prepared to see it.
