If for example Government continued to hold 51%, it would not prevent NewCO happening. NewCo could still be set up on the basis that part of the NewCo asset base comprised of 49% of RHA. Naturally, if Government are going to keep 51%, then they need to make a significant contribution towards getting RHA back up and running. What that amount is unknown. Simiarly, it remains unknown what percentage government will keep in the process. It should be added, it should expect 'not to know' untilt he deal is formalised. What is valuable however is that we have confirmation of something that wasn't on the table as an option previously --- that is, that the government is willing to inject funds.

We first learned through the Dec 24th RNS and then via todays news article. This is massive.

The authorities more widely have known the issue being presented by PREM but rememebr that these minsters have been in post only more recently. There requesting more information, as per RNSs, is already known and to be expected.

This seems to be confirmation that there will be funding, just a matter of confirming the amount in question.

The mention of funding in the RNS may appear brief, as if only just put on the table, but I suspect what has been taking time all this while has been the government working on a structure and mechanism that works for all parties. In my view, they are further ahead with this than implied and that we might be interpreting in that RNS. Certainly, I don't believe at all PREM would be mentioning it in an RNS of it had only just popped up in conversation.

Think discussions around this are genuine and further advanced than has been let on - and rightly so.

On the matter of not knowing which department was required to sign off, I don't think it was necessary the case at all that PREM didn't know. It was that we didn't know. We only found out when specifically pressing them. This is something I asked about myself and eventually got clarity on.

Agreed mushty, funding news will move us into the 0.30p range.

You could imagine if we stay at these levels and then funding news lands ---- what mark up on open?! 30%? 40%? 50%? More?!

Thanks for that Pyro. For what little its worth, I believe we will come out of this OK, with an Out of Court settlement. There has been some encouraging discussion today, including contributions from those who have had contact with Broker and previous NOMAD.

ARCM stake
CIRCUM stake
GR own Trusts/ Funds
Not to mention, now, possibly injection of Government funds, as per the last RNS

Worst case is we have headroom to raise via equity. But is now ultra hesitant to take this route, hence his efforts get Zimbabwe government to support us on this front.

We certainly ain't going bust!

Most crucially, we have no debt. No one knocking on the door, trying to take our assets and driving us towards Admin.
