dusterhater, fair enough regarding the shares coming out of ISA. But given current situation, I'd rather the company was not put under undue pressure to arrive at a settlement too early such that it's hand was weakened in the process. My personal view is that I'd rather have the company fight based on a strong footing than be weakened to get us to a conclusion by the 24th. It's worth noting that Hope and Shorters will understand this too and would prefer us to pile pressure on the company to resolve this ASAP whereas Hope would be prepared to drag it out.

That's where I'm coming from.

Currently, the craziest misalignment there is between market cap and asset potential. Onwards and upwards from here.

NOMAD, needed by 24th otherwise we delist. I'd we delist, we can relist when ready and still have our shares.

Many years ago, I was invested in a turd called Irvine Energy (IVE) which delisted and stayed in that state for years. My shares remained in my share trading account for that period (can't remember exactly how long but minimum 3 years). Eventually, they tried to use it as a shell company.

Guess the point being delisting not the end aLas someone believe.

In my view, best let the company get on with it. Not to put pressure on them to secure NOMAD ASAP and reduce trading but to do proper DD and, particularly, focus on the case. Certainly don't want pressure from PIs to force FRR into a corner.

Have a sneaking feeling that discussions around this have been going on longer than we have been aware but needed to reach a more concrete point before being referenced in an RNS.

From NaPoM's research, we see that whie things are tight, they have the money for those projects they believe offer significant opportunities. In a sense, RHA is almost ready to go (notwithstanding that there is some work still to do). The massive potential of Zulu must be turning a few heads and by now must be pretty well accepted.

Though the final arrangement suited FRR, we could've gone for the jugular -- so why didn't we?!

SN and ZM will have been taking legal advice from the very beginning and will not have decided to pursue in whatever they have chosen unless there was solid grounds to do so (and that means they need to be more confident than what the information available to us would suggest)

As I've already said, FRR would've been receving the very best legal advice before pursuing this further. And FRR are on record saying they would not be taking such a route unless they were confident they could win.

The issue of needing a NOMAD by the 24th should be seperated out from your questioning around BoD being 'in on it'

I agree and have non doubt that we need a NOMAD by the 24th, that's more or less universally accepted. I just don't buy your question/issue of the possibility that the BoD are in on it.

I make this clarification as you almost attempt to bring them together in your last response to me.

We potentially a significant funding option via the government, if that comes through. Who knows how much it will be but I firmly believe that this is a genuine possibility. And as others have said also, we have stakes in ARCM and Circum that can be sold down - and that we have no debt. That latter point is crucial. There are a few companies out there who are being held by the balls due to debt. And I'm in one of them.

I am working in the basis that ZM and SN would not have taken this issue this far unless they felt very strongly that they could win. On that basis, I have no choice but to wait it out. And this is why I have posted a lot less here.

If folks want to give the company the best possible chance to win this, they have to let them get in with it. Let them have the space and time to bring this to a necessary conclusion (the delist date is already motivation enough to sort the issue of a NOAMD and trading again).

Hadn't thought of that NaPoM, really interesting possibulity, Zim government funds going into RHA freeing up Circum stake to be used to fund Zulu outside of NewCo (if I've gotten the gist there).

The NewCo proposition offers potential to do things mire cost effectively, more efficiently, and to open so many more doors.

When Zim government inject those funds, it'll have a dramatic effect on sentiment. Literally overnight.

Delisting does not finish the company off. The work continues. If we delist, most crucially, we will always be able to relist.

What I certainly don't want to see is us back to trading only to be hammered in the market and then PIs to be applying further pressure on the company as a result of being even further down on their investment.

Let the company get on with the task at hand. Please.

I trust you. Know that you have a shed load of these. My personal view is that it will be easy enough to get a NOMAD, though there is necessary due process and DD involved. And that an announcement will be made - and trading recommenced - when it is timely to do so.

I know many folks have a lot on the line. But folks need to see how their actions - as you put it, '...desire to be more informed' - may have detrimental affect on the proecss

Certainly, PIs shouldn't be attempting to contact ZM or SN at this time. Even our investigations online, and the analysis and arguments we are presenting here, could play into the hands of OMF/ Hope etc

The process is what it is and, to a fair degree, we have to accept that it is and trust that it'll work out.
